I had the pleasure of working with a lovely lady named Goldie during a period that left my mom extremely ill & highly stressed. From my very first Interaction, I was impressed with the level of service I received. My mom is now post transplant and doing very well (touch wood). She traveled to Ottawa and is heading home to Newfoundland on Thursday. We will forever be thankful for the assistance provided by Hope Air.Dear Goldie:I want to take a moment to officially say Thank You. Your dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed. From the very beginning of this journey to transplant, you have been helpful & kind. Going above & beyond to ensure my parents & I didn't have to worry about flight arrangements.I hope your team knows how very lucky they are to have you. You will never be forgotten. literally the most painful process i have ever been through. submitted my application over a week before my appointment and they contacted me only a couple hours before my scheduled flight saying i was approved. the offer zero transportation assistance in edmonton so how do you expect someone arriving past midnight to get from airport to hotel? i bought a 20$ 10 pack of bus ticks but by that time the last bus was gone. so i spent 60$ on a cab which i couldn’t afford. then i got to my hotel and they won’t accept my cash security deposit even though bhavini solanki who i dealt with through hope air said it should work just fine. so all in all i spent pretty much the same amount of money taking their so called assistance compared to just driving. i will never again use hope air after this experience

Thank you Hope Air for providing your fast and efficient service for my Mother.Without your service she would have to take a long 6 to 7 hour bus ride.

Hope air has been providing travel assistance for my daughter's medical treatment. They are an excellent organization. Good work!!

Very disappointed with this program.My husband has multiple myeloma and suffers from several significant spinal/rib fractures. He needs to travel to meet with the stem cell transplant team.Standard air travel will be excruciating for him. We reached out to Hope Air for some support. It took them over a week to deny his application because we 'make too much money'. Our after tax income is considered low middle at best. Even still, we offered to pay Hope Air for flights and we were still denied. No consideration given to his condition. Very disappointing.
