The ladies at From Seed to Sprout are very knowledgeable and up to date on best practices for all topics relating to labour, childbirth, and the newborn stage! I also love that they are registered nurses with backgrounds in obstetrics and have been working on labour and birth for many years. I would highly recommend anyone expecting a baby to take one of their courses. They offer them online so that you can stay safe during the pandemic!

I loved From Seed to Sprouts prenatal classes. I looked forward to the weekly class and felt a lot more prepared after finishing the course before my babe was born. It gave me confidence going into labour and birth. I’ve used their services since then and will continue in the future as well. Even their Instagram page offers a lot of tips and advice that I find super helpful.

Loreli and Sara are passionate experts on perinatal education. 10/10 would recommend their prenatal class to anyone expecting! They are inclusive and cater their program material to meet the needs of ALL families. Oh, and their welcome bags are full of local goodies!
