They have a great supply of parts after checking a couple of the big box stores for a Moen cartridge. The one they had was a true Moen and actually came with a tool that assists in extracting it... plus they told me it was under warranty too. Bonus!Fast friendly counter staff were very efficient.

Terrible attitude from two guys at the parts department. Went in looking to replace the fixture or get parts to repair a faucet, and brought the wand in to help identify. Two representatives told us there was no general part to fix our problem and they couldn't identify the faucet part we brought in so they wouldn't help us- they were unfriendly and made us feel we weren't worth their time. The kind woman sitting at the desk from across the room seemed embarrassed by their behaviour and called out as we were leaving that she thought it was a Moen- turns out she was right (we were able to find a manual for it and try a few things thanks to her- thank you!). She identified it from across an entire room, but the people who's actual job it was couldn't be bothered and were rude to boot. She was great but those guys were just the worst and we had a bad experience over all so now we know we need the whole fixture replaced we're going anywhere but here.

I would like to express my gratitude for the high level of service my wife and I received last week at your Victoria location on Glanford Avenue. Our plumber, Jeff Black, put us in touch with Trish Vassiliadis. She took us through all the options for tubs, sinks, toilets, taps etc. for our new house. Trish was thorough and professional as well as friendly and positive. Sometimes choosing these sorts of things can be stressful for the home owner, but we left your store feeling well looked after and relaxed.The guys behind the counter were great as well. We had a Delta Kitchen faucet that was 10 years old and broke. Trish Vassiliadis a customer service rep. at the Glanford Avenue location in Saanich BC, took the initiative to get us a full replacement faucet under warranty from Delta. We did not expect this high level of service from Bartle and Gibson and from Delta. Impressive.We highly recommend these 2 companies, Delta and Bartle and Gibson plumbing supply.

The guys at the counter were great and helped me identify a faucet cartridge for a client. Steve Williams, the guy with the cool mustache, handed me a replacement cartridge and said no charge. Thanks Steve and thanks mustache. My client will be pleased.

I have dealt with Bartle and Gibson for 7 years and I am always amazed at how well they treat me. Their customer service is over and beyond. I have never had any trouble with returns or warranties and they always take the time to sell me the right thing for the job. Excellent job B&G. You rock!
