We have worked with the team at Sew Kool for years and they always do a great job! They are beyond helpful and put their customers first - often going above and beyond what needs to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any garment decorating services.

I called in to see if I could get an old logo removed and a new one on.I was told yes so I drove to the store. It’s 25 mins away. When I arrive the person at the front said NO WE DONT DO REMOVALS.I told him I had called first and was told they did.He then quoted me $25 for removal $50 for new design and $40 to put it on.His way of getting me out of his store.Suggestion. Put that guy in the back room. His customer service stinks.I have been going there and recommending this store for years.Not anymore.Update I appreciate the apology.I tried to remove it at home and spent 2 hours and it is still not off so your $25 quote is very reasonable. I will change my rating.

My team was looking for new hockey jerseys and I recall many years that one of my favourite jerseys in terms of quality was from SK. Fast forward to many, many years later I reached out to the good folks at SK to see if they were still in business. Sure enough they were! I went to visit their facility to talk over the specifics and bought a team set after seeing all the work they have done over the years. The quality has gotten even better. You get what you pay for and I encourage anyone that is looking for hockey jerseys or team apparel to consider SK. If you do not believe me, go to their showroom and you will understand.We had ordered AK brand hockey jerseys with full embroidery and numbering. There was a very minor hiccup with the order, but SK went above and beyond to find a solution. It takes a lot for a company to stand by their product and show integrity.

The Stuff they have done for me and my little" orders is just amazing. I only give them small orders hear and there but they still treat me as important as someone doing a run of 5000 shirts. I've been a customer now for a few years and will be one as long as I have ideas and time on my hands! GREAT WORK

Highly recommend Sew Kool, I contacted them on Instagram and an associate quickly send me a message with their price list and answered all the questions I had the same day I was able to make an order, which was very quickly fullfilled and then sent over to me , very happy with the result , quality product and the overall customer service we will be definitely ordering more stuff and highly recommend it, their prices are also very competitive!
