Our organization has been engaged with Landlord for about three months. We acquired a property in Ontario that we had never seen as we are in a different province. Landlord took on everything! They fully inspected the property, made suggestions to get it into shape for renting, ensured the property was cleaned, emptied of its junk, and brought up to safety standards. We literally could not have accomplished anything with them. They are wonderful people and always available to help. Highly recommend them if you're looking for property managers.

We are contracted by LPRM frequently for cleanups and we see that they are attentive to their managed properties, and that they treat their trade partners very well! Always a pleasure to do business with this organization.

If you’re here because you’re considering hiring Landlord Property & Rental Management, they’re amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough.I live in a three-storey, 24-unit walkup. It’s a really nice building despite years of neglect and a lack of care and professionalism by the previous “super”, who was the daughter of the owners.In just a few months, these are just a few things they’ve done or are scheduled to work on: installed new security cameras in and around the building; new washers and dryers; new doors in all four entryways; a new intercom system; better outdoor lighting; fire inspections; fixing leaks; painting; replacing broken stoves and toilets; new locks for previously disabled entryway, locker room and laundry room doors; and much more.They also rapidly fixed a few emergency issues that arose after they took over managing this building a few months ago.They’ve fixed several problems in my apartment and have been equally attentive to my fellow tenants’ long-neglected issues. The care being put into this building has done a complete 180 and I couldn’t be more delighted and grateful.Trevor, Erika, and the Landlord team are professional, earnest, caring, and easy to connect and communicate with. There’s is the kind of top notch service you hardly see anymore, and any rental building would be lucky to have them as their property managers.

Seems my initial review was deleted? SHORT recap. We had an awful experience with this company. Very passive aggressive, did the bare minimum to ensure their responsibilities as landlords were taken care of (took forever to get things repaired, delays on rodent and b bug extermination). The guy we had to deal with was not pleasant. It’s just a shame that good tenants pay a ton of money to live in a place that isn’t well kept. Once we were short 1 cent on rent (we didn’t even notice, it was an accident) and they let us know immediately and threaten to put us on a “delinquent list” Yet it took them weeks to replace our broken microwave that was catching things on fire. Makes sense, lol.

We have been on a 4 year lease through Land Lord Management and found that they make renting easy, the few issues we had were taken care of immediately, the representatives for this unit were fantastic in the response and actions required. LLM reps were communicative and fair all the way up the ladder to the VP level.I cannot say enough about the team, LLM made us feel that we were a part of that team, not just renters. This company manages a property on invergordon in Scarborough. I’ve been after them to fix problems in my home and they NEVER follow through. Waste of time and money. Don’t trust Erica. She’s a liar.

Tremendous Experience!!! I called Michael Sagsoz about our fridge needing to be repaired and in 20 minutes...20 minutes, a repairman called and came the same day, in rush hour and fixed it.Such efficiency!!! Thank you Michael!!!
