The staff are very friendly and pretty organized. Someone even build this place with reasonable space for drivers to back up. Too much space, a whole trailer width. So some genius decided that trailers could be dropped in between doors and now the place is one big clusterf**k

I worked for this company for 6 years. Money is ok but not worth the unsafe environment, long hours working in a freezer, having your supervisor pressuring you to work over time everyday because they are poorly staff and can't keep up with the work load. their equipment is out date it and poorly maintained, there is not enough machines for the amount of employees they have. THERE IS NO SAFETY AT CONGEBEC. They will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear but when is time for them to deliver on their promises, they go back on their word. So a word of caution. DO NOT WORK THERE. unless you have no life outside the work place and are willing to give your all, for a company that won't think twice about using you and kick you to the curve when your are no longer useful. Is sad this used to be a great place to work with lots of good people, too bad it turn into this.

Worst service ever seen. Working in city, I go to many wharehouses this is the worst one I ever seen. They dont even know no how to talk to the person. Totally Illiterate people. Appointment is nothing to them. No one answer the phone. For HYLIFE FOODS.

10 hrs waiting with appointment and worse place to pick up load.Never recommended

Company is a bad place to work. Don’t treat you with respect or class. Not safe at all no safety in this place. Accidents everywhere you work not written up. I worked there 2 in half years and got treated like a dog If you work hard they make you work harder you need to pick up other guys slack yet your the one who gets in trouble for not helping enough. Lead hand is not trained no social skills joke of a lead hand. Upper management needs to fire supervisor and lead hand ice cream department. If your not outside smoking with the lead hand or supervisor your not considered to be a part of the group. Production over safety always at this company don’t care if you get injured. Lead hand is rude doesn’t let use washroom gets angry when you warm up for a second when working in a -20 freezer expects you to work like a dog every second. No leadership at this place.

Very bad in serving truckers!! Long waiting hours and poor service. Unionist, they dont care for drivers waiting for them. Dont recommends them to any business for storage.

Totally pathetic. Have no respect for drivers or driver hours. If you are an o/op you will not be compensated for waiting time and your broker or company will not either. Be prepared or just refuse the load, not worth it.

Little tight to back in with a highway unit. Not bad loading time, but paperwork for export loads takes all day. Guy in shipping office is very rude when asked a simple question

Must be unionized because they're the slowest warehouse in Manitoba. Consistently 3 to 8 hours waiting. Got a door? Your still going to wait. Even after you're loaded the paperwork will take another 45 minutes. The place sucks.
