For 10-12 months now, every time we call to make an appointment, it’s like pulling teeth. Dr Ali has been our family doctor since her office opened and we had it good within her first year, but after that, everything deteriorated. Her reception is rude, doesn’t understand urgency and is good at deflecting. They don’t pick up the phone time and time again. Making an appointment for my 2 year old shouldn’t be so difficult. We should be given dates over a week away. Waiting at a walk-in clinic is faster and easier then trying to make an appointment with them. If you’re to busy, be honest with your clients. Would go a long way.

Do yourself a favour and think hard before signing up with Dr. Aliya. Her receptionist is unprofessional and rude and if you ever need anything time sensitive from Dr. Aliya, consider other options and consider yourself warned.

The only practice that I found where the doctor actually CARES about the patient. I’ve been having certain issues for the past two years and every time I visited a clinic, I’d either get misdiagnosed or recommended a medication that ended up hurting me more than helping me. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have met her, Dr.Ali was able to get some of these issues tackled while informing me about the potential harmful outcomes of some medication, or creams. I’m happy to say for the first time in the past two years I’m getting a peace of mind, I’m comfortable under her guidance and more importantly my issues are starting to fade.Thanks again, I wish everyone had access to someone like her, she’s the absolute best!

Dr. Aliya — is one of the best OB/ Family doctor’s we had. She takes care of her patients. We have been through a lot and i love how she gives us her time and listens to our concerns.I had a chronic cough for so many years and all my previous doctors misdiagnosed me except for doctor Aliya. She is the one who actually treated me for it.I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ali became my family doctor last June and I am so appreciative of her help and advocacy since then. She was a breath of fresh air to me and I felt her kindness and compassion every time I met her. She is also very knowledgeable. When I regiatered with Dr. Aliya Ali she was good, it was easier to get the appointment but now i think she has too many patient and very busy. Recently, I need to renew my prescribtion, I tried to call her clinic the whole week, most of the time they didnt pick up the call, once they picked it up and ask for hold and after 20 mins hung up the call, i left VM no call back and finally today they picked up the call told me that there is no appointment available even Saturday is fully booked so I cannot see her as walk-in and they are closed Sunday and Monday. I told the receptionist that Ionly have 3 days of medication left but she didnt even acknowledge the urgency of the situation.

5 star for doctor Aliya Ali. And 5 stars for her one receptionist. Aliya Ali is so kind and full of love, very professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell she became a doctor to save a loved ones life, and not for money or title. She has a massive heart. My gratitude to Aliya Ali is so great that I would not change her as my family doctor no matter how horrible and sour the one receptionist is. I really hope this is addressed.

Dr Ali has been my family doctor since the last two years and I had her as my OB as well last year, and I absolutely love her! She's caring, considerate, and is on top of everything in my case. The receptionist now is great too.

Dr. Ali is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. She listens to my concerns and keeps me informed by sharing all options for next steps. She always gives me time to make a choice and never pushes anything on me. She wants me to feel comfortable and I truly appreciate that. She is also my sons doctor and treats him very well- he loves to see Dr. Ali. The best doctor ever!
