I should've listened to the other reviews. The poutine was awful. This place is called poutine factory. There was almost no gravy. The fries came out of the box in a cube.The chicken burger was so small for $10. Barely any sauce in there too. Things cost a lot these days, and I will gladly pay if worth it. I feel like I just got ripped off. So disappointed

I visited this place a couple days ago! I had a crispy chicken burger and a hot n spicy poutine. The fries were so well fried and crispy. Chicken patty was well done and the best part of them while making a chicken burger is that they check the temperature for chicken patty and make sure it is well done. They never compromise with quality and quantity! Perfect place to cure your cravings for poutine and burgers!I really recommend this place!The staff was also very nice and friendly! They spoke very kindly and answering everything very politely!

Ordered two poutines, both with extra cheese which was charged. Definitely did not get that. I am French and love poutine and this place is literally named after it. They dropped the ball. Fries were stale and also gravy was lacking. And, for the record, was delivered cold. Warmed it in the microwave but basically made no difference.

Ordered off Uber Eats, got the Philly Steak poutine, and it was covered with these bone tough, white pellets. The fries were insanely tough, I think they were burnt, the taste was kind of non existent apart from the cheese and onions.I only got halfway through the poutine before throwing it out, few hours later ended up vomiting twice from it. Already wasn't a huge fan of poutine but I don't think I'm ever eating one again after this experience.This review is a warning to people scoping out this place.

Poutine Factory is located inside burrito bandidos, but you'd probably be better off with a burrito instead.. We tried an array of menu items (Golden maple chicken burger, mac n cheese bites, philly steak poutine, milkshake etc.), and everything was deeply mediocre and tasted straight out of the freezer aisle, especially the chicken patties which had a dense, filler-laden texture. The burgers also had barely any sauce; what drizzles we received were nondescript and barely qualified as buttermilk or nashville hot sauce. (Inexplicably enough the patties were warm, but the buns were stale, soggy, and COLD despite the lack of sauce.) The poutine had okay flavour but an offputting mouthfeel due to the excessive amounts of chipotle? sauce piled on top. The milkshake was actually decent (made with real ice cream, not too thick or thin), however it was definitely vanilla, not salted caramel as ordered. Hate to be writing this but it's not a meal I'd recommend to anyone...we had to order our youngest a McDs happy meal from the same plaza b/c he wouldn't finish his portion.

Ordered this on Uber Eats and was very disappointed. Size portions are very small for what you pay. Paid around 40$ for two snack sized burgers and bites. Now I’m sad

I ordered delivery, and while the burger was good, I got three bites into the poutine and had to spit it out because the fries were bitter. Since they weren't burnt, that means that the potatoes had gone rotten. I tried a couple other bites just in case, but the whole thing was off, so I had to throw it out. Pretty disappointed.

Cheese steak poutine was 5/10, meat was skimped although good taste. Nashville burger was spicy but the chicken was the tiniest and thinnest portion ever, not crispy, and not worth the price for what you get.

The Poutine Factory is located inside Burrito Bandidos restaurant.We ordered two poutine dishes and they were okay. The quantity of ingredients i.e veggies and cheese curds was less and gravy was less too. Taste and quality of gravy and cheese curds are the most important part of a great poutine and they were both lacking in terms of taste and quality.Would only recommend this place if you are really craving poutine, would not recommend for a good quality poutine.
