If they don't have it in stock They have it in stock ready to be picked up in a few days.London's Location is great. All the guys there seem to be very Knowledgable about the materials and able to suggest the best material for the job when asked.

When I need an odd metal such as a small sheet of zinc or tin, this store has always been helpful. I have shopped here for over 20 years. They have custom cut steel plates for me too.

I agree with some of the other reviews here. Drove 40 mins from out of town to talk about my project with them since the website made it sound like they welcome DIY projects and that they would be friendly and helpful. WRONG. They made me feel awkward and stupid and rushed when asking them questions. When I asked if they do powder-coatings or how I could paint their metal tubes, they said look it up on the internet. When I asked how strong aluminum tubing was they said I have no idea I'm not an engineer. You can't browser their products either, everything but the sales counter is staff only, so you better be looking for plain metal tubing and know exactly what you want and hurry up and buy it, because that's all they're good for.

I just stopped in to this store today to modify my metal cutting wheel. They had everything I needed for my project and they were super helpful. The guy at the counter help me figure out how we were going to do it and he cut the metal and I'm off to make money! Store for any type of metal you need cut for you! Thanks guys

First and foremost is the staff at the London Ontario store; they are very helpful, courteous and most of all very knowledgeable people! Second is the fair pricing; it seems to be very competitive. Pete, Chris & Kevin were fantastic to deal with through the entire process of sourcing material to build the multi-faceted ice hockey training aid (pictured) for my students. From clear and concise direction about store hours and pick-up details during a pandemic lockdown, to the perfect materials, cut exactly to my specs, along with efficient and friendly pick up of those materials, this team knocked it out of the park with service and quality for someone placing such a small order.

Unhelpful bored staff.Called in advance to ask if they were open. Guy on the phone said yes, come on by.Showed up to the front door with the piece i was trying to duplicate. And the door was locked. Guy on the phone sounded very irritated, told me that they aren't doing any measurements or any of that" said i need to measure my own pieces and place the order over the phone. Sounded very bored and irritated.For a place that is focusing on the retail customer

Many say the Metal Supermarket is pricey but if you are non commercial and need a piece of metal they probably have it for you. The staff treated me great and custom cut some pieces for me to machine for my street rod.

These guys are great! Good selection and super chill, I've been here plenty of times! They've even helped me find other services, too.
