I’m providing a review on the coffee only. The ambience seems great in the restaurant and the floors and surfaces are really clean and spanking new.But that $1 coffee is really not coffee. It has absolutely no hint of being a coffee product. I love drinking coffee and own a small coffee brand. I enjoy a great cup, but am also very lenient when it comes to bad coffee. This is hands down the cheapest tasting cup of ‘Joe’ I’ve ever tasted.Don’t go here for the coffee!

ADVISORY: INSPECT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE (because they certainly didn’t). Came here in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. Zero cars in the drive through. … We didn’t receive any chipotle mayo for our yam fries; which were also very undercooked. The onion rings were somehow burnt and, at the same time, undercooked on the inside; with a doughy taste (images attached). Sadly, we didn’t realize it until reaching our final destination. Disappointed that the quality couldn’t be maintained even during a quiet weekday.

Terrible service in the morning. They’ll always say they don’t make certain things even tho it’s in their menu. Just because they don’t want too. Coffee is always gross breakfast dry. Don’t go here if u need breakfast and coffee. Stick to Tim Hortons or McDonald’s. thank you

Family has ordered from here many times since opening day. Always consistently good, fresh and quick. Onion rings have disappointed a few times but apart from that, we recommend everything else, especially the cold brew beverages!! We love them.

I just went here for the first time. Even though they were very understaffed and incredibly busy, I was greeted quickly. She was able to take my order quickly as well. The two ladies that served me were very pleasant and professional. The food was cooked very well. I honestly don't know how they stay so happy with being so insanely busy, but they were. I highly recommend coming to this A&W anytime. The food is great and honestly the service is even better!!

This experience was the worst I've seen. I stood at the register for 5 mins while 4 staff within the area ignored me. I said excuse me and I got we will be with you in a moment with attitude like I was an Imposition. I left after another minute and went to McDonald's and got excellent service. You guys needs to figure out customers pay your salary and you lost this one

Do Not Go here!!I got a Poppa burger with a bun hard as a rock and cold meat.The poutine was also cold.Even my drink was flat and room temperature.Horrible experience and costs 18 bucks.I'll never go back!

Delivery driver tracking showed driver stopped at subway for 15 minutes with our order in his car . Food came ice cold and un edible.

It was during a power outage. The drive thru was busy. The young lady at the window was sweet and took time to engage my old person conversation. The food was hot and fresh. We tried the Milkshakes and we will definitely be back for them again. A wonderful experience when that team worked their butts off to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you
