I have been a client of Fitness Powers for just under a year now. I moved away from the city where I was living about a year ago and had previously been seeing a personal trainer for about 8 years.In the past year, I have found Fitness Powers to provide an effective balance of cardiovascular training, strength training, and nutritional guidance aimed at overall improvements to my health and wellbeing. Through motivational coaching as well as videos and written programs, Fitness Powers has made it easy for me to exercise on my own when I have to miss sessions due to travel, or when I want to add additional sessions on my own time. The key to this success is Tracy's motivational strategies, which are subtle and powerful, because my tendency is (was) to skimp on exercise whenever possible!After just a year working with Tracy, I can see significant changes to my body composition and muscle tone beyond even what my original goals were and that exceed my fitness levels of the past. I have even been inspired to undertake becoming a personal trainer myself.I highly recommend Fitness Powers!

I have been training with Tracy for many years. Attending her group classes from zumba to boot camps. I currently participate in semi-private personal training, twice weekly. She is very professional, constantly giving feedback and making corrections on our form. She offers encouragement as we make it through the work out! She is a great motivator and truly believes we have the potential to reach our goals. She asks for feedback and is always creating new programs to push us and to keep us engaged. I highly recommend Fitness Powers.

I absolutely love, love, love my classes with Tracy! She is extremely competent and knowledgeable in her field! These classes have helped me regain some of my core strength and fitness level. Tracy mixes it up, keeps it interesting, and pushes my limits...who doesn't need some pushing!! lol! Our semi-private class is super fun, and Tracy tolerates our nonsense and shenanigans with a smile! Highly recommend!!
