We loved our training experience with Tasha. Tasha’s positive approach to training provided effective strategies in helping us manage our reactive dog. We have noticed a significant decline in outbursts and feel confident to handle any challenges that come our way. Tasha has a genuine interest in the dogs in her program as well as their guardians. We highly recommend Tasha to anyone looking for a dog trainer specialized in separation anxiety and reactivity. When our puppy started to exhibit these behaviours, life became so much harder and we were at a total loss. We could not leave her for even one minute without her being very distressed. Fortunately, we found Tasha. She was always supportive and so understanding of the challenges in those early days. She not only helped us understand our dog’s behaviour, but also connected us with a wonderful community of owners going through the exact same experiences. Although we live several hours away from her, the option of online classes and support through text/email/zoom made the distance disappear. We are able to leave her now for hours at a time and get ours lives back. More importantly, our pup is now a much healthier, calmer and more confident version of her younger self!

Tasha came into me and my girl, Ruhi's(9 month old dog), lives when I couldn't even leave Ruhi alone for more than like 5 seconds. That's how bad her separation anxiety was! Fast forward about 4 months I would say and I was able to leave Ruhi alone for up to 1.5 hours and then at the time of writing, Ruhi's 16 months old and she can be alone for up to 3 hours. I know how impossible it felt back then and now I know that if THAT had a solution, any behavioural issue with the right guidance has a solution. And Tasha is just perfect - she's kind and patient and she's been dealing with such a wide variety of issues in dogs that she's really empathetic towards the owner's position as well as the dog's. Honestly, I would recommend her in a heart beat when it comes to canine behavioural issues!

We were looking for a trainer that we could work with over multiple sessions to help with our Bernedoodle pup Seba's adolescent phase. We wanted to focus on leash walking (our pup was pulling the leash A LOT), how to greet visitors (especially since we haven't had many because of COVID) and recall. The meet & greet with Tasha was super helpful - I immediately felt comfortable that we would be working with her and felt confident that we would make progress on our areas of focus. Tasha provided useful tips and tricks for us to use as a family and was willing to answer questions throughout and adjust the training plan as needed. In addition, working with Tasha over the course of a few months enabled us to see Seba's progress and prioritize what we wanted to work on for our final sessions. Would highly recommend working with Tasha and Fearless Tails for your training needs!

We started working with Tasha when our British Bulldog, Miss Mable, was about 5 months old. Within a session we were working on basic commands and addressing pressing issues (potty training!). As COVID lifted and we started to go out more, alone time and separation anxiety also became a concern. With Tasha’s support and her compassionate, methodical systems, it was a straightforward process to ensure she was calm when we left. Mable is now a happy, confident teenager who loves to walk, cuddle and play with respect. We will continue to work with Tasha throughout Mable’s life to ensure ongoing progress and fun. We adopted our rescue dog Blizzard back in January, and she was great inside but as soon as we stepped outside she was super overwhelmed, and going for walks felt impossible. She would pull so hard on her leash that we were exhausted and frustrated after even a short block, and she also got pretty anxious when we had to leave the house. Fearless Tails was recommend to us by a friend, and we have had an amazing training experience! We really appreciated the positive approach to training, and though building trust, playing fun games and working through skills step by step, we have come so much further than we thought we could in just a few months. Blizzard's leash skills have improved so much that now we can go on long walks on trails and at the beach, she's way more calm and confident, and she loves being outside! We still experience triggers outside, but we now have the tools to be able to get through it. We've discovered that training can be fun, and we're excited to continue training and learning together. UPDATE: It’s been a few months since we took the Roaring to Relaxed course with Tasha and just recently we have seen an incredible transformation in my dog - the result of sticking with this program- she is calm around other dogs, does a proper nose to tail greeting and is 100% more relaxed - it’s like i have a different dog in the end of the leash i couldn’t be happier or recommend this course more highly (what follows is my review just after we took the course) “Tasha is an amazing trainer - we have been working with her for the past 10 weeks to deal with reactivity issues and I feel like I have an extraordinary tool kit now to help my dog. She has been making steady improvement. The course is thorough and Tasha provides continues and varied feedback (in person, over videos, through the online zoom sessions, emails and text). I give this course my highest recommendation -- we have been through several trainers and Tasha is the best.”

Tasha was our dog Zoe's plus one at our wedding last June. We wanted Zoe to be part of the pictures before the wedding and the wedding ceremony. Tasha was amazing with Zoe and adapted quickly to Zoe's behaviours (like how she has to be around us 24/7). Tasha took Zoe home and stayed with her for the remainder of the wedding. Tash sent us text updates of how Zoe's doing (we wanted updates!) and asked permission to give Zoe Gapapentin because she was having a hard time settling down due to her separation anxiety. We can't recommend Tasha enough. She is a true professional, amazing with dogs and so talented, and a very nice person! My husband and I participated in Tasha's Roaring to Relaxed with our 6 year-old wheaten terrier, Dewey who has struggled with reactivity for many years. His behavior escalated recently and we knew we had to address it with some intense training. I found Tasha on Instagram as she is a fellow wheaten mom. From our first Zoom I knew she was a different kind of trainer. She is the first trainer who has shown true empathy towards us as dog owners. She wanted to hear our frustrations and struggles living with and training a reactive dog. At the same time, she also wanted us to acknowledge our progress and not dwell on the negatives. As a result, she's helped us feel more empathetic towards Dewey and better understand his reactivity; he's not trying to be difficult; he's scared, anxious and frustrated. With the tools she's given us, we have a stronger relationship with Dewey and can more confidently manage his reactivity. It was great to work with her on Zoom because it meant WE have to do the work. She also held us accountable by asking us to submit training videos so that she could help us fine tune our training. Best of all, we've seen real changes in Dewey. We are so appreciative to Tasha; her expert guidance helped make those changes happen. Thank you Tasha!!!
