Hillary Robert went above and beyond to help us find our new home in Ontario. She would go out in a rainy day to do a virtual tour and replied quickly to all of our messages even at midnight. With the crazy housing market, her immediate attention played a major role in our buying process. More importantly, her technical knowledge allowed her to point out major pros and cons of every house we visited, from foundation to mechanical issues. This made us feel very confident to put the offers in. After successfully secured a house for us, Hillary was still very supportive from ensuring a smooth closing process to recommending great contractors for house improvement. We're not sure how many years she has been in the industry but she seems to have all good connections, knowledge and skills that made our buying process a breeze. Will definitely recommend her to anyone needed, especially military families as she's an expert in military moves.

Hillary was absolutely incredible to work with! Due to my location, we had initially started with a few virtual showings and she was very forthcoming about EVERYTHING I was not able to hear, see, or smell, etc! She was very honest. Once I got to the area, my dad assisted us on the house hunt. After the first day of showings my dad was also very impressed with Hillary, her expertise in multiple areas, her straightforwardness, and he said “she is on YOUR team”. We have referred Hillary to two other friends moving into the area this summer and will continue to recommend her! Buying a house is difficult in the best of times. Buying a house during a pandemic adds to an already high stakes situation. Having to go through multiple offer situations, working with Hillary was great! Having already had a terrible & high pressure experience working with another realtor, we found & switched to Hillary and our experience immediately changed. Hillary was incredibly patient, was very knowledgeable, responded to our questions quickly and did not add unnecessary pressure to the process of buying our house. Hillary didn't devalue what was important to us in the buying process, she didn't show us homes that didn't check all our boxes. She made us feel like we were the priority, and not just out to make a sale. Hillary added a personal touch that we had not experienced in the buying process.

She cared so much for our safety and the largest investment we are ever going to make, and did her due diligence. She treated us how she would her immediate family and closest friends.
