Animazing

Our dogs came home with fleas. Would not recommend.We knew that they were fleas because we could see them on our dogs fur. We noted them approximately 2 days after our salon visit, which is within their 1-10 day incubation period. They've never had fleas before, and after receiving treatment and disinfecting / controlling them within our house, they've not returned.Although we cannot conclusively say that fleas came from the salon, as we did not physically a flea jump on them in the salon, it would be a very lucky coincidence that they got fleas for the first time ever after going to the salon.Up to this point, we were relatively satisfied with the service here, but I doubt that we will be back.

Animazing on Columbia Street in Waterloo is truly AMAZING! We had a slight emergency with our puppy (who has been to this location numerous times for grooming) that needed some grooming. Josie and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Awesome staff and obviously truly care about their furry" little clients. Can't thank Josie enough! Definitely recommend this location. Exceptional people that care and do a fantastic job!!!"

My cat was sprayed by a skunk. They had no one available to wash him. They suggested Nokout at the pet store next door. We used this product and he smells like his old self! He took the treatment like a real man. No complaints, although he did struggle, took 3 of us and and cat cage lol Thank you for your advice!

They're did bleeding my dog nail's. I've call later to know what can I do, but never they respond..so sad for my dog. I never back again.My appointment was Thursday 21, Oct 2021.At 12:00 pm.Chocolate Labrador retriever.

Andrea and staff at this location are amazing. I only go to this location since my pup was 7 weeks old. Andrea is kind caring and always make sure to do the best job possible whether I'm in for a brush or a full spa treatment for the pup.keep doing what you're doing and thank you Andrea for always making Rufus look the best.

Our two puppies had their first visit to Animazing Pet Spa yesterday. We have two bernedoodles one is 20 months, and other one is 4.5 months... They did great at Animazing, by far the best grooming experience we had. They were so supportive and understanding. They took the time to understand what service we prefer based on each puppy's size and fur length. Our furry babies were very happy with their spa experience and so far first time at the grooming and no ear infections in 24 hours.

Alison is simply the best! We have taken our Giant Schnauzer to her for years, and she always looks fantastic after her visits. Alison truly cares about our pet and knows exactly how we like her to be groomed. She takes extreme care and pride in her work- and it shows!! Can not recommend Alison enough

Our Lab Buddy hates getting a bath and he's quite vocal about it - the whole time - but the people at Animazing are great with him and they always do a fantastic job. I honestly couldn't ask for better service or value. Thanks again!

I love the staff at Animazing. They take great care of my high-energy dog and he always looks fantastic. Every interaction has been friendly and professional. Love this location and it’s dedicated groomers!
