Park'N Fly Winnipeg Self Park

I was happy with the service until I realized that my car had been parked OUTSIDE. They say this is standard procedure when they get full. Cars are moved out 3-4 days and plugged in. I wonder why they charge for indoor parking only to have the vehicles outside. They took block heater cord out from under my hood and left it dangling about 3 feet on the right front fender. I did not notice til I got home. Lucky no scratches from cord/plug hitting on fender. I did like returning to warm car and shuttle pick up was fast. Service is costly though and I am not sure if I would do it again.

Very helpful shuttle driver. He made sure we were able, on our return, to get our vehicle and complete our business when we had mislaid our barcoded ticket. When you are on your way home and have already had delays, not being delayed again is much appreciated. I will use your service again.

Good service, fair price, i don’t received any surprise in the invoice at the moment pick up the car.

Made a reservation 2 weeks ago , show up to 881 Berry to park and sign on gate says no parking , so I had to park at the airport. Called them and they said “ Oh you should have came to valet parking “ well how about you put up a sign that says that ? First time experience with this , will be my last time, and I fly every 2 weeks to bad your company will miss out on any future monies from me. Terrible service!!

We parked at Air Park in the winter of 2011 and we were very disappointed when we returned to find a vehicle parked behind ours. We were even more surprised to find out that it was a common occurence for them to double park vehicles. We had wait for an employee to be available to move the vehicle parked behind us.I noticed on the website today that they have purchased additional parking space so I called to find out if double parking is still their practice and was surprised to find out that it is still their practice. They advertise that the addition of extra space guarantees they'll always have a space for you but don't tell you that you could find someone parked behind you and blocking you from leaving when you return from your holiday. I would rather pay the additional fees at the airport and not have to worry about having to find an employee to move another customer's vehicle so you can leave and I wouldn't feel very comfortable leaving my keys with them when I leave on a holiday.

Very upset, We had to walk across parking lot with all our luggage as driver just sat at front entrance. He opened the door and motioned us to come to him. Is this the new practice as we could have taken a taxi. Would have been better for us.

Well i know they park vehicles in behind mine but when i get to sit on the mice warm bus while they shuttle... Come on really? Give them a break i still have piece of mind. I forgot my id in my truck i called they came back quick i got my document and was swiftly taken back for my flight I left a very good tip... Well done bang up job recommend any time.

Parked indoors this time. Comfortable and quick. They also have EV chargers on site, so you have a full charge when you leave.

I travel fairly often for work and I often use park'n Fly self park service. The service from the staff is always impressive and needs to be commended. They will consistently walk the extra mile to make your experience better, which is beyond what I expect from this kind of service.

Wish the prices were lower but over all no problems :)
