Finding my wedding dress for my June 2022 wedding was so easy at Isabelle's. I found my dress within an hour and a half. Isabelle's should be the go to bridal shop for all brides in the Lower Mainland!When my dress arrived and came time to be altered, there was a hiccup. I was devastated as this was not the dress I fell in love with. I was stressed as it was only weeks before my wedding and I didn't know if it could be fixed. Kasia went above and beyond to correct the issue and I left one happy customer.If there are any issues with your dress (stuff happens sometimes), you are in good hands and they will work to resolve the issue at Isabelle's.

Kasia & Basia and their entire team made my champagne dress dreams come true!(and my maid honour also pictured, got the perfect dress). I was never a white dress bride, and the team pulled a beautiful selection and helped us choose a dress that made me feel timeless, beautiful, and sexy at the same time. I’m very body conscious, and was made to feel very comfortable. It took me two visits, and I’m glad there was no heavy sales pressure, they assured me that I would “just know” when I found the right dress and they were soo right. I thought tears were reserved for tv brides, but wow - I couldn’t hold back the tears! We also did our alterations on-site which were perfection and timely. Beautiful space, great selection of styles and prices, the team was kind and made us feel so special. I’ve recommended 3 other friends who purchased their dresses aswell, and I look forward to buying my next gala dress here too…unless I wear my wedding dress again!

I just got married on the 22nd of this month and chose Isabelle's Bridal as my first dress shopping experience... it was also my last. The selection of dresses were stunning- none of that tacky bridal stuff- everything looked like it was off of Pinterest! My sixth dress was the winner and I couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was handled so professionally and quickly- I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you so much for everything, Isabelle's Bridal!!! Planning a wedding is stressful, but finding the perfect dress doesn’t have to be. What a relaxing and easy experience it was to find a dress here. These ladies know exactly what they’re doing, and they’re VERY good at it. As owners, they love what they do and they’re committed to excellence.I entered the store with styles of dresses in mind, and after trying on a few, they figured out what i would like and what would complement my figure. I did not expect the process to be so simple, nor did i expect to be able to change from dress to dress so easily and quickly. It was only with their help that i found the perfect dress for my wedding in 3.5 months — yes, 3.5 months to plan a wedding!I’m glad we went on a Thursday afternoon. It was only my mom, my sister, and I in the store. It was quiet and relaxing. The showroom, the change rooms, and the dresses were clean!

I had the best experience here. My appointment was 5:30 on a weekday and I had the place to myself. I was given so many amazing options and they really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. I wasn’t rushed at all, in fact I didn’t leave until almost an hour after closing, but no one mentioned a thing about the time. So thankful to have started (and ended) my wedding dress journey here!

I had such a great experience at Isabelle's in 2019 after visiting many other bridal stores locally and in Vancouver. This was where I found the perfect dress for me, assisted & not rushed or pressured at all. It has obviously been a challenging year for the industry and brides getting married in 2020 & 2021, but this was by far one of the more enjoyable decisions and very happy I got to wear my dream dress, no alterations required in August 2021. Thank-you ladies, our guests were smiling when I took my written vows from my dress pocket to say to Matt!

From the moment I first made my appointment, to the day I bought my wedding dress at Isabelle’s Bridal, the experience I had with this precious boutique was such a dream come true. Basia and Kasia are beyond welcoming, so knowledgeable about all their dresses and made my experience feel so personal. Their selection of gowns and designers is incredible and their wedding dresses are absolutely stunning. Their seamstress was fantastic as well - she added the narrow drop-shoulder sleeves which were removable so I wasn't restricted for dancing later on!I had found my dress in 2019 at Isabelle’s Bridal but didn’t get to wear it until this past June (2022). During that time, we had to change our wedding date 4 times to adapt to the ever changing regulations from the pandemic while trying to maintain the original wedding we had planned. Each time we changed our date, I had to make the devastating phone call into Isabelle’s Bridal with the news. Basia and Kasia were so sympathetic, compassionate and warm during those phone calls, making me feel so supported. They graciously held onto my wedding dress until I was finally able to book (and keep!) my fitting/alterations appointment earlier this year.From working with these ladies over the last 3 years, you can see their dedication, love and passion for what they do: making each bride feel like a princess. It was such a pleasure getting to know these ladies and have them help me find the dress of my dreams in such a loving and inviting atmosphere at their bridal boutique. Thank you for making me look like a princess on my wedding day! And yes, I would 1000% recommend this place!

I have nothing but love for the owners Basia and Kasia at the store. I bought my wedding dress there back in 2007, then every time I was a bridesmaid, and for every event that required evening wear. They are so lovely, caring and the best at what they do! They have generous hearts and always find me the perfect outfit to feel confident and beautiful on the big occasions! Thank you!

Absolutely loved Isabelle's!!! My wedding was in August 2022 and I found my dream dress in May 2019. It was a sample dress and I went to try it on in April 2022 to show my parents in person (as they couldn't be there for the initial purchase) and I had gained so much weight that I was missing approximately 4 inches at the back to close it. I was absolutely crushed and heartbroken thinking my day was ruined but Isabelle's saved everything. They completely recreated the back of my dress and over the next few months and 2 fittings later I was able to pick up a perfectly fitting dress 2 weeks before my wedding. I'm so glad I chose them to buy my dress! During my initial appointment I never felt pressured to buy and I actually chose the very first dress I tried on but only after trying on like 7 others. 100% recommend you are going to find your dream dress there with dream service both during and after your appointment!!

Isabelle's Bridal was the first and only boutique I visited when looking for my wedding dress. Their selection of gowns and designers is excellent, and I fell in love with the first one I wore.Bassia was excellent at all times! Very kind and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to assist me and accommodate my friends there, even my mom, who was watching everything through a video call in Brazil.What a lovely experience! I recommend the boutique to all brides!
