Turkish Airlines Office

I am writing to thank Mrs Ralitza for the service I received yesterday. It is the second time I visited this office and always I feel myself happy and well served. All the stuff of Turkish Airlines Office in Montreal is polite and very friendly. They explained me everything concerning cancellation of my flights and how to reschedule them. Mrs Ralitza made my day.

It was my worst experience ever with any airlines. I could not reach anyone over the phone in their office in Montreal for the last month. I have been submitting my problem on the website feedback. I was not satisfied with their service at all. I do not recommend to book with them.Also I had an issue with a call center agent. She was so rude with me over the phone and could not understand my request. So funny that she was pushing me to write a complaint against the airlines rather than solving my problem.

Horrible airline… they lost our bag it never made it on the plane from Montreal to Istanbul. We’re Stuck in Turkey on day 4. no one in Montreal to answer the phone or any news on locating the bag. Made claim, only receiving automatic emails saying they sorry. No compensation yet.

I could not reach the office by phone so I paid a visit to the office. All baby basinets were booked at the flight we were supposed to take. Mr.Ketan was very helpful in blocking the middle seat so we could place the newborn car seat on it. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Firstly I was traveling with an infant and contacted multiple times prior to ask for a bassinet. The entire trip is as told the flight was booked, when there were a number of seats empty but you gave priority to passengers who paid for there tickets and did not give priority to infants. I am disgusted I have traveled many times every flight offers parents with children preferences on thpse seats if they arrive early at the Airport.I called prior, asked at the counter and was told the flight was fully booked. When I boarded I saw there were elderly men sitting there and here I was crammed on a 10hour flight with a 6 month infant on my lap. I refuse to fly with you ever again after ghis experience.It doesn't end here. I also requested kid meal for my 5 year old child. My first flight,they never offered it to me and gave me a regular meal and then my second flight they said they didn't ha e a meal for her. I shared mine with her and later the hostess brought me 1 banana and a yoghurt from business class.This is horrible.I only fly with qatar and this is the first time just because I wanted to stop in Turkey. But never again. On such a long flight with 2 children, your food was garbage what was offered, my child got no meal over 6 hours and I had a 6 month on my lap for 2 flights.Then you keep changing my flights and my lay overs keep getting longer. Over my entire life and me traveling very often this has never happened. The reason for me to take shirt layovers is because I have 2 children and don't want to hang around your garbage airport. Who changes flights 3 times.I am disgusted with this experience and wish to never travel with you. I will leave reviews where ever possible so other parents are aware and chose another airline .

Turkish Airlines has the worst customer service. They are not responsive at all. Our luggage was lost. We had to buy clothes and personal items again for our trip. When our luggage was sent back, the luggage was completely damaged and it has not returned any damage. The worst experience of our trip with It was Turkish Airlines.

Visiting the office was a nice experience. It is situated on the 45-th floor, I was met at the door and offered a seat immediately.The sales agent showed up almost at the same time. He was professional and competent, understood my request and offered a solution.I shall refer to them again whenever I need a flight.

Turkish Airline cancelled numerous times my without sending me any notification, I learned my ticket was cancelled at checking counter at the airport. When I reached out 4 times to turkish airline and I was given 4 differents answers.

The worst customer service ever!! The lady working there is rude, unprofessional, and clearly incompetent in her job. There was an issue with my online ticket refund. Earlier I called the Turkish airline customer service and they accepted their mistake and asked me to go in person to their sales office to get my refund. So I went to their Montreal sales office as I was instructed. Over there I tried to explain the issue to the lady working there a few times but unfortunately, she couldn’t even understand what the problem was and refused to provide me any service!! I am very disappointed with Turkish airline and specially with their sales office in Montreal for putting such staff in charge, wasting customers time and money.
