Great value and stylish options. Loved the black pumps that were purchased for a wedding.

One of the largest shoe company stores around.However, the variety of items on stock is not that different from smaller ones.That being said, staff were very friendly and helpful in my last visit. The only reason that I knocked down the rating was the fact that the lady behind the counter had patron with couple of shoes and nobody showed up to help her or others waiting to be served. The manager even came and told her something but didn't bother serving others waiting in the queue

Just go to Clara and she will take care of you. It's a huge store with variety of brands... but service Clara provided made the experience and shoe trying much more pleasant and memorable. Thank you Clara, you deserve a wonderful life.

Went on a crazy busy Saturday, the staff were helpful and took the time to measure my kids feet. There was only one person in line ahead of us but another staff member came promptly and opened a second cash. Staff were on it and they deserve to be acknowledged.

Would’ve given 5 stars if they had more variety and brands to choose from. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly. Store is well organized.

Very very bad experience . I bought shoe yesterday . Shoe was not comfortable and very lower quality. When i try to returned that then the lady said they can't refund my money . When i brought the shoe, they said they have 60 days refund policy. Their customer service was very poor and the lady was very rude. They are not loyal to their customers. To sell their products they are lying to the customers. Yesterday they said they have 60days refund policy and today they said they don't have any refund policy. How someone can change the policy in one day. They said they can give me the money in their own card not in my card. What the hell is this? Now i can't use my money. In this way they are forcing the customers to buy their products. I will never recommend this store to anyone because of their customer service and lying.

First of all, to save yourself from a headache don't buy from here. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter, but we found found different ones at a different store that she liked better, so we tri3d to return the boots 2 days later, they said they couldn't refund the money. Then after we complained they said my card couldn't accept returns. They then said they could give me store credit, that's when it because frustrating because we weren't planning on buying from this store again. After dealing with a very ruse attitude from the lady and very poor customer service, they finally return the money. This has been the second time they've done this to me, and for sure the last. Will never buy here again.

Love the vast selection of shoes here. Not hard to find what you need and the prices are decent.

I went into the store today and scratched my back on an iron piece meant to hold the fire extinguisher. Picture attached. The fire extinguisher was missing which is one concern and the other is the iron pieces sticking out of the wall. I have big red scratch mark on my back. Its the hieght of a child's face. When I pointed it out to a sales person named William, he said Oh man sorry
