Two Whales Coffee Shop
A delightful stop today at this coffee shop for lunch . As a vegetarian I appreciated the wide selection of choices in an eco friendly environment. I ordered a great latte and my husband had an Americano. The fresh lemonade was awesome . Panini choices were extensive with green salad and coleslaw although we missed out on the soup it was so popular. The panini bread was amazing! Charming outside areas to sit and co template your adventures. . I bought the history/cookbook with many vegan and vegetarian recipes as a great inspiration in Tasmania. Gift shop area with local gifts . Enjoyed the veggie garden and chatting to the free chickens afterwards. So pleased we stopped added a sparkle element to our day.

We absolutely loved this spot! We went for breakfast and had the wraps and coffee. The service we excellent and food and coffee was exceptional! We loved it so much we went back for lunch after our big bike and ordered the hummus paninnis, salad, soup combo. Such raw ingredients are full of wonderful flavours. Our service was efficient and everything was made fresh. They are very environmentally conscious, so I appreciated the use of recycled materials, including wooden utensils. A full five-star experience. We will be back the next time in the area. Thank you!

We love stopping in here otw to Port Rexton or Bonavista! The food is tasty and the atmosphere is nice. We have been many times and it's always a great experience. Definitely stop even just for a tea and cookie!

I did not expect to find a place like this so far from home. After traveling all the way from Vancouver, BC I was craving some good java. I had a great cappuccino that was just as good as ones I've had on the west coast.Great little homey atmosphere, with tables outside to enjoy your espresso laced hot drink of choice. They also have iced coffee if that's your thing.Highly recommend stopping by on your way to visit Bonavista.

My head almost exploded when we found a vegetarian spot in the woods of Newfoundland. So excited. When we arrived and saw them growing their own food, and serving top quality food, that was the cherry on top!Do note, this is not a cheap place to eat! It was very expensive, even for newfoundland. Prices here were 50% more than what they would be in Boston, MA, USA. Which also is an expensive place. It's worth it, to eat organic vegetarian food, just be prepared.Staff are awesome, and so nice.Baked goods are off the charts good.

Exceptional food and service. There are so many different paninis and soups to try I would recommend visiting multiple times. The Roman and Some Like it Hot" were my personal favourites. The salted caramel brownie is a must.I would also recommend getting the cookbook as it has a variety of great recipes."

Great little spot to grab a coffee and a treat. They have a full menu. You can eat inside or head outside on a nice day. And what a view!!You are only minutes from the Port Rexton Brewery and the Skerwink hiking trail.

What a great place to get a snack, meal or hot drink near Trinity! Service was great and the menu was varied. My friend and I both enjoyed their lentil and spinach soup, and took treats to go - the date square and partridgeberry brownie were both delightful.

An absolutely adorable coffee shop just off the main road in Port Rexton.A homestead-style garden and hobby farm surrounds this traditional Newfoundland Saltbox-style home-turned coffee shop. The patio has great views of the ocean, and the interior offers 5-6 tables in a welcoming space. In addition to typical coffee shop expected drinks (coffees & teas), they offered locally made kombucha, gluten-free baked goods, and vegetarian options for sandwiches. There is also a small table with local crafts and books for purchase- this was a really nice touch!Washrooms are gender neutral and marked as accessible. There is a ramp leading up to the entrance, but you need to travel over gravel to get to the wooden ramp.
