Down Under Bedding

Went a while ago. Their products aren't worth the price. I don't know how there are so many high reviewsEdit for response.I was being generous with the 3 star review because the person who sold me everything seemed really nice (probably for the fact that they need to sell things but at least the service was good). I did not buy that recently I bought about 6 to 8 months ago and I bought a sheet set as well as a down pillow. They seemed really expensive at the time but my belief system was that you're putting down for something that you're gonna use for a while. Unfortunately I was disappointed.Now as for your response that was completely unprofessional. How a grown person who is an owner could could write that and then send it baffles me. Maybe you should have learned some manners growing up.

I bought the 2-pack of 1 feather and 1 down filled pillows. They are great and very, very comfortable. I use the feather pillow which is a little firmer on the bottom and the down pillow which is softer on top. I'm sleeping better now than I have in years and I highly recommend that if you are reading this you should buy the pillows so you can sleep better too.

We got shopping carts from them at a fantastic deal, which helped us in doing good for someone. Love their service and hospitality.

I received this DOWN UNDER Bedding King Size Empress White pillow for Christmas. I absolutely love this pillow. It is so soft and fluffy. I fell asleep immediately when l crawled into bed. I am so glad that I received this pillow. I will definitely will be buying another one along with the DOWN UNDER Bedding King Size Empress White Duvet, Great product, well made and it is terrific. It has a zippered pillow case on it. You will love this pillow. Well worth the money spent on it.

Just ordered a down duvet comforter and it was so easy to order online. They even called me back after the order was done(rather than me having to call them back)...very courteous and helpful. Previous to this order we had been trying out so many pillows on other sites, and none were satisfactory until we bought duck pillows with Down Under Bedding and they are the best pillows we ever bought! Can't wait to try out the down duvet! thanks again!

I left a $1600.00 deposit at this establishment when I moved into my home ,shortly after my move,I suffered PTSD. & Totally forgot about my deposit which was for my new bed. You would have thought that they would send me a reminder or a notice about my hard earned money, well that did not happen . Then we were hit with the lock down. About a year ago my friend drove me to the store on Dixie Rd,we went in ,& I spoke with the owner about my money & he claimed that he had no record of my deposit because his computer doesn't go that far back. By the grace of God,I found my Master Card Statement with the deposit on it,so I mustered up enough courage & went back this week with my Statement in hand asking for my money back , as I never received any merchandise , then he found my name & phone # in his system he ould not comply to my request,only offering me merchandise at this point. I told him that I would like my money refunded,as I don't want to deal with dishonest Merchants. I'm 72 yr female .

Awsome experience and very friendly staff ... with great deals. I bought the bamboo sheet set just to try it out and today I came back again to buy for my son's bed. Their prices are better with great quality products. I highly recommend this location. Yawinder was great and not to mention all the staff there were great.
