I called them to ask if they did piercings, and the lady on the phone spoke very rudely, and hung up on me. Is this really how you treat people? You just lost a potential customer!

Very bad they over charge you ! I got a ring from KPS and they charge me 800$ 22kGold and the weight was 6.1gram !! And i whent to a other jewlery store and told me if buy a ring with him and 6.1Gram he would of sold it to me for 610$ !!!
