Worst customer service ever ! Extremely bad workmanship, they damaged my vehicle while working on it and denied it. Any car enthusiast knows that we know each and every inch of our cars right down to the dirt on our brake pads !

Updating 25/03/21 as I had a second RO with this shop after my vehicle was hit in a parking lot (no note , thanks dude!). Again, amazing service and quality by the team here. My car was ready a couple days early which was great! This time around they replaced the driver door, fender, hood and some trim - no issue with the paint/blending, everything looks like it did before the accident.Great service over the phone and in store both times I’ve dealt with them. Quick friendly service, they work with getting me into a rental right after dropping the car off. Vehicle comes back with good workmanship and spotless inside and out. They’re also the preferred shop for my insurance provider so I’m glad to have that peace of mind.They do have a busy schedule but quality speaks for itself!

I had a front corner accident with my car and I was referred to Autobahn by my insurance company for repairs. I found Autobahn to be quite professional in all aspects of my experience. There was a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off and the repair on my Honda was exceptional. The detailing (Cleaning)of my vehicle was a nice surprise. I had an amazing experience with Carstar Barrie. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and anytime I needed an update, they were more than happy to help me.Picking it up was top of the line service - helped me reinstall my car seats, showed me everything that was repaired and let me know about the lifetime guarantee on the work! I’ll highly recommend them to anyone I know in need of vehicle restoration.

I was in an accident back in October and they were incredibly helpful. They got my towed there the next morning, and assisted me with getting my rental right away. I was quoted 14 days for my car to be fixed and it was fixed sooner than that deadline. When I picked up my car it was neat and cleaned up all of my belongings in a nice bag. I was overall very happy with my experience with them and would use them again.

Just picked up my truck a couple days ago and I was really impressed by the work done on my truck. The communication was 10/10 and everything was super smooth and quick. They also cleaned the interior on top of the body work which was really cool.

Great experience getting my car fixed after minor accident. I got my car back with excellent paint and body work done on it. In addition to that they fixed the interior lights of my car without my request, that wasn’t related to the accident either, a very good surprise for me. Got my car cleaned inside out. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars.

Trevor and the team at Carstar went way above and beyond the call of duty for me and I couldn’t be happier with their commitment to service and the attention to detail we received. From the work being completed way faster than anticipated and the car looking immaculate after a detailing and wash, every detail was taken care of and then some. So happy we used Carstar Barrie to repair my tuck. The team did an amazing job, the thing looks like new. Not only did the truck get pampered by the service technicians, customer service was outstanding! Super organized with getting me scheduled in, work was completed within the estimated time, they worked out everything with insurance, it was totally worry free. And did I say it looks like new.
