Guy I spoke with very rude, I couldn't hear him on the phone so I asked him to speak louder he proceeded to tell me the volume on his phone was maxed I proceeded to tell him the volume on his phone has nothing to do with how loud he's speaking and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to yell across the store so I could hear so I bought my fitness equipment elsewhere.

I've been in to the fitness side a few times to look at barbells, weights etc. I've purchased some items from here but will never go back. Who ever the main guy is that works during the week, on days, has a condescending attitude. He had no answers for simple questions and was zero help. I went over to Flaman fitness and the young lad there was awesome to deal with. Found my product I was looking for right away. Ernie's did not have any of this product and I was told their suppliers can't get any". Well Flaman had it in stock and I bought it. I also spent a good hour there chatting fitness .Goodbye Ernie's."

My son needed a new bike and with the social distancing it was really difficult. I was able to give them his height and they sent me tons of options and was able to pickup right away. Great service
