I bought tiles from Eurotiles Outlet and after a full day of installation of the tiles, the tile installer noticed that the last 5 boxes, which were wrapped together in a factory-sealed bundle are in a different color, plus one box had completely broken tiles. When went back to the store they let us know that they no longer sell those tiles so we can't get more of them to complete the project and they refused to make us a refund. So now I am stuck with the project halfway completed and left with boxes with a different color.I spoke to two managers (Derryl and Ben) and both refused to give me a refund for what I paid. Now I need to bear the full cost of the tiles, the installation labor cost of a work day that now needs to be demolished which comes with additional cost plus the cost of buying a completely new set to cover the space altogether.Worst customer service. I will never buy tiles from this place again as their service after the sale is the worst.

The outlet has a no return policy and this is understood well by customers who love their selection. Recently, I bought a bundle. When I brought them home, I noticed that one box was a different colour. Therefore, I could not complete my project. I called and was invited to return the bundle and select another model equal to but not lesser than the price I had paid for the bundle. This was difficult and as a result, I had to spend way more time there than I really wanted. There was no compromise on their part. Finally, I figured out a way to get a tile I wanted while not getting a cent back. How much did I spend on gas there and back, there and back!! How much of my time was wasted trying to appease them and their policy when it was their mistake! Too much! Carefully review your bundle before leaving.

Lots of tile selection. Heavily discounted. Staff is friendly and helpful. But if you like something you should be ready to buy as many of the tiles are end of stock.

We've been to Euro Tile before for product, and have again returned this morning to buy a bunch of tile at a great price!This is where they have a good choice of marked down tile.They also have a beautiful selection at their main store across the street as well!

We shop at Euro tile always! Best service and selection. If you go to the outlet across the street from the main store, ask for Diane. Diane knows tile and is quick to make valid suggestions. She helped us quickly and we decided upon her beautiful suggestions for our basement and laundry flooring. Thank Euro Tile! Again!

We've had the experience of coming here for three different tile projects. Each time, their staff is super helpful and their choice of stock is superb! Very very satisfied! Would give 5+++ stars!

Lots of good stuff to say about this place!It has a significantly large selection of tiles that are deeply discounted, so I was able to find everything I was looking for.I can't say enough about the staff. Whether it's the guys that load up the tiles for you, the front desk staff, or the manager, they were welcoming, patient, extremely helpful and honestly, a real pleasure to deal with.I highly recommend starting here.
