Brought my son and partner to the Hero Zone and none of the equipment would sync. Frustrating half hour of bumping into each other and not seeing people in the proper location before being brought to a multiplayer room without enough headsets for all of us. Furthermore the multiplayer room was not set up for a young person to be able to navigate easily at all.Payed for a night of frustration after booking a specific room that would have been age and skill level appropriate.

Such a great experience. The guy working the place was super supportive of the fact that it was our first VR experience. He was informative and friendly. The equipment is great and lots of options. We really enjoyed the time, even with a small child with us.

Love this place! During COVID restrictions it's great to have a place we can go as a family to get out of the house. We've been there twice now. Second time we opted for two hours, as 1.5 felt too short. We also tried the Multi-player room... it's a great set up, and really worked for us. Two headsets meant less waiting for the kiddos, and the Pac-Man arcade game was a great side-activity. The kids loved it... As did we. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Nearby Planet VR and I can honestly say I've throughly enjoyed myself both times! The first was for the Halloween Room (Can't remember the rooms name) which kept our group of 3 on our toes. With covid this year we all felt this was the safest way to enjoy a haunted experience and still take part in our annual haunting adventures!Our second trip was tonight when we decided to bring our husbands along for a Valentines Day date night adventure! We did a space mission escape room! Having done multiple escape rooms before we weren't sure what to expect with a virtual one. The virtual aspect really took it to a new level making us feel like we were actually in outer space!I think the only downside I can name and it's not really a negative is that we solved the room and wished the experience didn't end so soon! Thankfully the staff switched us over to another group game to use until our time was over.Overall this is truly an experience everyone should try!!

Fantastic for kids and grownups alike - lots of games to play and an experience like no other!

My son had a great time and we can't wait to go back. In a great spot near the bus route and lots of other shops nearby to go to before or after your appointment. Would be a great spot for a birthday party.

This was our first time trying out VR (my wife and 2 teenage daughters were with me). We were very impressed and had an amazing time. Shout out to Alex who was working tonight, he was very helpful and personable and is a big reason that this review was 5 stars. Thanks for a great time and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely come here over the other VR places. I’m impressed with their kind and knowledgeable staff and major selection of games and multiplayer! Plus two rooms costs us 70$ that’s incredible!! My kids loved it here. Highly recommend.

Had a really great night at Nearby Planet VR. Surprised my partner for his birthday. He loved it! He and I are not gamers but the staff is excellent at helping you figure out the amazing technology. There is so much choice in what you can do, something for everyone’s taste and ability. We had a blast!This was my third time going and I discover something new each time. Their loyalty program makes it very affordable to have such a one of a kind, unique experience. Great spot, so cool, I can not recommend it enough!

Excellent experience! We had an awesome time. Very helpful and friendly staff. The escape room scenario was very fun and left you wanting more! This is great for all ages and can be a family or group experience.
