My experience with Harland is well above and beyond. His professional skills really helped my muscle back heal to its normal functioning.

Sounds like there is great practitioners at this facility, but the customer service was terrible. The lady on the phone was very rude about the fact I had an ICBC claim and didn’t inform her at the beginning of the call. I tried to explain to her I was sorry, and didn’t think it was that big of deal and that I would go elsewhere. She was began ranting on about her they were backed up with ICBC claims, that I was in the wrong, and should have immediately stated it was an ICBC claim.

Warning if you are booking mobile services. This was my experience.I looked on google for a mobile massage and found this one. I proceeded to book an appointment. Then when no one came I called the mobile spa. That’s when I learned they were a brick and mortar spa as well. As there was no time to get to the actual spa I had to paid $175 for no treatment but they did offer to show me how to book mobile treatments for the future. Writing this as a warning ⛔️

Kristen was amazing! I like that she provides a mobile service - being able to have a massage in my own home is very convenient. She touched my neck, shoulders,back - and knew that I have two monitors, how they are set up, how I sit, etc.! At the end she gave me a number of helpful tips to help my with my neck and back (I didn't realize how frequently I tuck my feet under my chair - she asked me if I did and now, after being back at work on Monday, I catch myself doing it all the time!). She worked a miracle on my neck and shoulders. I was so tight that I had started taking Advil frequently - an hour spent with Kristen gave me back my full range of mobility and now I'm pain free. I will definitely be adding Kristen's services to my ongoing health routine.

Harland is Awesome!! His knowledge, experience, and strength is exactly what is required to work on the tough knots in my back and neck. I like to go once per week to relieve the tension that accumulates from sitting all day at my desk job. Harland and Marissa have both put in a lot of great work assisting in my recover from strain injuries in my forearms from downhill biking and weight lifting.Harland excels at deep tissue pressure, and gives fantastic neck and trap massages. Marissa excels at working on muscle fascia and gives great advice for useful recovery exercises.

I had booked an RMT appointment with Roxanne and she spent the first part of the appointment assessing how I carried myself. She thoroughly explained simple changes I could make to alleviate the pain & discomfort I had been dealing with. More than that, Roxanne listened to me.In the two weeks since my appointment, the pain has gone and I am able to participate actively in my life again. I cannot recommend ViVi Therapy Integrated Health enough. Both Roxanne and Vanessa are wonderful to deal with. Five stars!

I had a great experience at Vivi with Acupuncturist Sabine Montagnon. We did some work on my hip to help with mobility, and I've definitely noticed some improvements with pain in the joint since my treatment a few weeks ago. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Sabine!
