I did not had appointment. I ask the receptionist if they could do me a favour. I was told to seat and that she will ask the technician. I was seated for more than 45 minutes to be told they can not do it. I told them, but I waited for long I thought something was happening for me. They could not reply me both receptionist and technician. I am disappointed for leading me. I would appreciated if I am being told they can not do it after 5 minutes.

Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. This place lacks diversity and most staff speak one language at the presence of the client. Absolutely, there’s a need for a improvement.

Not a pleasant experience. They didnt seem to care much about the people and make them wait for hours just to get the ultrasound done even if your bladder is full and you are past your appointment schedule.

The worst place I have ever seen , they have bad behavior my experience with them it wasn't good ,while I was asking talking with the lady in reception the guy who works in x-rays came and started talking in bad way with me telling me to take my 2 years old girl out ,she was with standing close to the door because they don't allow anyone to go in only one by one and made my daughter cry because of them. My question what a 2 years old girl will do to you if she stands beside the door, but it showed me how this place has no matter and they are not educated enough, especially when it comes to their behavior with kids

Worst experience ever when it comes to the Doctor. Firstly, I don't know who she is. She did not even introduce herself to me, did not say hi, NOTHING. To me this is absolutely disrespectful. She was quiet all the time until the end of my ultrasound. No words came out of her mouth. At the end I had to ask questions to the assistant. She is honestly the worst doctor I've met so far. However, the receptionist, the Egyptian man, and the assistant were very kind to me.

Disappointed in my experience. The technician rushed through my ultrasound because she was more concerned with my vaccination status and why I was on an ambulance than anything else. Now I'm concerned about how well my ultrasound was done.

Extremely poor customer service, the person I spoke with said she was the manager.They rescheduled an appointment when the person turned up they denied rescheduling and called him a liar even after he showed them the called on his phone.

I had a traumatic experience at this clinic. During a breast ultrasound, another person came into the room talking to the ultrasound technician in another language and then left. I was exposed and shocked. My privacy was violated and I became very tearful during the ultrasound, a disturbing and horrible experience. If you can help it, do not come here, poor quality care.

Workers don't wear scrubs. They're not friendly. They don't greet people. It is not a very busy place but they make you wait like forever-forever! I waited for almost an hour just for an ultrasound. I have to ask them 2x how longer do I need to wait.. Other clinics if not busy or nobody is there, they can take you prior to your appointment... on that day, the receptionists were yapping at each other in their dialect in a loud voice like they don't care patient/s waiting & sitting can hear them arguing..on the contrary, the place is clean and sanitizes are present in all corners..
