Stayed here for 3 nights, until she booked over our room. Kicked me and my pregnant wife out with no notice,could not even give us a ride to a near hotel. Sheets were dirty, cats running wild in basement. Horrible smell coming from vents.

Not worth $60. Air bnb's are better then that at a lower price point. They took the money upfront when booking online but it was so bad we just left and downloaded air bnb and booked something for $40 instead not even kidding.

Dead bugs on the floor. Bug traps under bed. Room smelled. Hot water broken and mold in bathroom. Kitchen area and fridges full and not clean. Worst place I have stayed and only did so because was in a bind. The only saving grace was the owner tried to be accommodating as possible since we were in a bind and had and early check in and was prompt in replies. The place could have potential but needs renos and a good clean and maintained afterwards.

After I arrived in Winnipeg that the first place, I lived there for more than a month. The hospitality of the hostess, the room is very warm, comfortable, right for the price.

It was super quiet there. I liked the price $50/night. The host was very nice. But, the room smelled musty, there was a mosquito that buzzed my ear when I was going to sleep. Then, when I woke up and was getting ready to leave there was a spider repelling from the ceiling (see pics). I think there was a broken window covered by plywood (see pics). But, I only needed somewhere to bed down for the night.

This place is insalubre better at hotel it’s less scary... oh she doesn’t Clean under bed don’t move it are you will be in garbage town!Disgusting, insalubre and particle sure she is not allowed to rent nightly...

Price listed/quoted over the phone is inaccurate. It actually costs $100. Good for a single person just passing through town. Not as sanitized as one might expect. One of the toilet room's faucets doesn't work. Reports of a city tax" raise red flags

Approximately 10x12-ft room needs a paint job was like staying at my weird uncle's basement not suggested in any way shape or formbasically it's a flop houseCity needs to stop this kind of Enterprise happening.Shower was upstairs basically just a house that's been subdivided into rooms for rental be better off to stay at the Salvation Army

Was met by a very friendly lady. The room was very spacious and had a large closet to store my belongings. Room was very clean and tidy. Wifi password was written down and located on the desk in the room. I had a very pleasant stay, price is very reasonable. Thank you, will stay again when I’m in Winnipeg.
