Fido

I changed my plan over to fido today and had one of the best customer service interactions. Victoria was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. I can't say enough how great Victoria made shopping for a wireless plan. Thank you so much.

Part 1.True magicians they managed to turn my phone into a brick. Contacted Samsung to clear the problem.Part 2.I lost connection and thought it was a virus excellent service rep changed the SIM card and with a reboot vala I'm back in service she even restored my call list.Part 3.The SIM card reader on my S8 died. picked up an S21 and the agent on site helped me with the setup.

I recently upgraded my phone and received great service and advice from Cari (sp?). The next day I returned that phone as I didn't care for the camera. Payne and Reisha (sp?) were so helpful, friendly and very engaged. I am extremely satisfied with my new phone and the service I was provided. I even stopped in again to ask a couple of questions about the phone and, again, Payne was awesome and he showed me how to use the camera and explained some of the functions. I typically hate switching phones but this was not only an easy switch, it was a very pleasant experience. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Thanks again for all the help!

Worst service ever! Tried cancelling my account many times, representatives were rude and did not complete requests. By them not cancelling my account they started charging me over draft fees, even though I was paying all of my bills. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH FIDO! THE BIGGEST SCAM!

Dealing with phone companies can honestly be a huge pain. But the red haired guy here really helped explain everything so it made sense and found me something that fit within my budget but still included the data that I needed. I'll definitely make a point to go to him in the future.

Erica was so professional and made the long process fun. I visited Fido to change from a pre-paid plan to a post-paid plan. It was not easy to set up the post-paid plan because I didn't have enough financial credit in Canada yet. However, with her professionalism, the migration of the plan was completed after a long and complex process. During the process, she explained all the promotions and discounts I can get, which made me take a better choice. Also, her humorous saying changed my anxiety into fun. Thank you so much, Erica!

Today we visited the kiosk in Kingston to change our plan. We had the privilege of working with Cari. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been with fido for many years now and I am 100% satisfied with them. Today echoed that. Thanks again Cari for your help.
