I ordered a sandwich through mobile order and given past experiences I knew they were slow so I purposely took my time to get there. When I got there my order is not in the locker, that’s ok I’ll wait a bit. 10 mins later my order is still not ready. I checked with the staff and they said they are still making it. Then I see all the people who just walked in got their sandwich orders before me. I had the check 3 times with the staff and they FINALLY (after a total of 30 mins of waiting) found my order sitting on the counter which they could not be bothered to put into the locker. And the cherry on top - they got my order wrong.

It has a really nice (but small) dining area. One of those fireplace concepts that i think is really cool. Besides that, its Tim Hortons... if you like it, you'll love it. If you dont, go to Starbucks instead!

I will be very honest they are racist and not polite towards some ethnicity. If you just see their stuffs you will understand why indian or south asians are not hired there. Because even though they are hiring they didn’t even take my resume and didn’t let me talk to the manager. It's fine but they could be polite to me.

Absurd and Unacceptable behaviour by the cashier and the store manager.Mr/Ms Owner, please be advised that all employees need to wear their name tags at all times but the store manager and the employees choose not to so that they can mistreat the customers and tell them to leave the store without any food and I don’t even know their names.I would like to be contacted to resolve the matter that happened with me this morning when I had to walk out with no food (for the fact for the first time), I have never seen a worst location like this.

The staff and manger here are so rude... I went in to check if there is any hiring by seeing the hiring board, the manger was in front of me but the staff was saying she is not here. Later she rudely replied that we are not hiring please move. Have Some respect towards the people around you. We too have our own priorities and don't take others effort for granted. I came all along to your store walking for 3 kms for almost 2-3 times just to meet the manager. I don't know how these people become so called ruthless managers.

What a wonderful experience with great delicious food!! I was told so much about this place so I decided to try and oh was was I satisfied! The hashbrowns were hot and crispy and the donut from fresh and yummy. The staff was efficient yet friendly and I was in and out in a few minutes! I will go again before I head back home to the states

We had terrible experience at this place. My wife and I sometimes go to this place to get coffee and study at nights. They usually start asking people to leave by shouting in disrespectful way around 10:40p while the store supposed to close at 11p. Last night they had a record, they started the call at 10p. It seems the employees haven't recovered proper training of how to treat customers who bring money to their business. No more purchase from us!

Wow Ashley was so rude. When she finally saw me after waiting in line for a while, she refused to take my order, berated me and asked me to get back in line" even though there was nobody else in line! She said I "lined up in the wrong spot". So

When I informed staff that washroom is not clean they neglected and didn’t paid attention to what I am talking . Just ignored even though just informing politely that other guest don’t have bad experience. I feel I have coffee every single day..let the store be in good service and people enjoy…. But I believe staff doesn’t enjoy.. it’s not their fault …but if there are incentives to staff to key the washroom health and extra company benefits may be they would do that with full enthusiasm.
