I was needing wood chips for my garden and I asked to be on Jordan’s drop list (rather than using Chip Drop). It was nice to have a few hours notice! Also very knowledgeable about permaculture and gave me some great tips for using the wood chips in my garden. Definitely plan to use again in future!

Community-minded and great humans! Jordan and Andy were called to an service call at a house from the alley from my place. I was removing significant portions of a large tree from my back yard. My garage area, and the garage pad behind my place contained all the removed limbs. It was the end of the day and they offered to chip the material and haul it away. It made the back alley area safer for all the kids nearby who use the space behind the house to play basketball. Thank you Jordan and thank you Andy!

We called City Tree Service inquiring about getting wood chips for our garden. We needed just a bit but they explained to us why that would cost more than getting a whole whack of it instead ($90+, vs free). We went with free and will find home for the excess.City Tree Service was super accommodating and found a perfect place on our property to deliver the wood chips.They are efficient, environmentally conscious and an excellent business.A huge recommend.

Jordan and Andy were professional and answered our questions in timely fashion. Jordan responded to my inquiry and came to assess our ash tree within 48 hours. He gave us time to think about whether we wanted to remove it - it was good to know that it wasn't urgent in our case. Their quote was reasonable and, as mentioned in other reviews, there were no hidden fees.They stacked the wood from the removal and we kept the mulch from the stump for our gardens. I would definitely recommend their services and we will probably reach out to them again if we decide to plant a new tree in our yard.

We recently hired City Tree to prune our apple trees, and I couldn't be happier with their work! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.First, they scheduled a consultation to assess the health of my trees and determine the best pruning plan. Jordan came out same day and was knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my fiance's questions.When it came time to actually prune the trees, the crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. They were efficient but careful, and made sure to clean up thoroughly when they were done.Since the pruning, my apple trees have never looked better!

I contacted them about getting some wood chips/mulch for my garden. They responded promptly and brought the mulch within a couple of days, it was free and they were able to put it in the parking area in my back alley. I will definitely call them if I need any work done on my trees!

Andy and Jordan were knowledgeable, and very skilled in pruning and trimming our 50 year old American Elm tree. They gave excellent service. Andy and Jordan were both professional and courteous in dealing with us. I would highly recommend them. We will use their services again.
