The UPS Store

I would provide zero stars if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service and gets angry when questioned and openly avoids your questions and answers whatever he feels like. Outright refused to provide a drop off receipt and openly claimed because he does not want any sort of accountability towards the packages that are being dropped off in his business. Told me to put on it on a shelf and leave it there and he will not provide me with the receipt. There's absolutely no way to know if these packages are getting picked up or stolen. I honestly can't believe he has a UPS store sign above his entrance. He makes sure you know he's an independent business and supports multiple companies but he wants no accountability to anything. I informed him that I would take my business elsewhere and he told me never to come back. I have never been to a UPS store with such terrible customer service and been refused a drop off receipt.

Hardeep and the woman he works with are incredibly kind and patient people. I always have Amazon drop offs and printing needs and they're happy to assist every time. They have reasonable prices and always have a smile when I come in. I don't go to any other UPS store around!

I’ve always received fantastic service at this location. So much so that I do not plan to go to any other shipping service. Definitely recommend anyone to go here for their shipping and/or packaging needs.

I visited this location 4 times in a span of a month and each time I was impressed with the service I received. I shipped five 70lb boxes plus a large stroller which the owner Hardeep created a customized box for on site at no extra charge. All packages arrived in good condition. Hardeep and his staff are very helpful, informative and friendly. Highly recommend using this store for your shipping needs, especially for large/customized boxes!

Saturday hours on Google listed this location as open to 3pm. Google also says the hours were updated by the business 3 weeks ago.Got there at just after 2:30 on Saturday and it was closed. The sign on the window says closed Saturday.Not impressed.

This store is absolutely fantastic! I have worked with them over multiple years and I can’t say enough about them. They have helped me with filling out documents and ensuring my packages are shipped correctly. If you are looking for someone to help you ship goods visit this store and the team!

Turns out that Google isn’t updating the hours so it’s not the stores fault. They’ve been trying to reach Google to change it and it just hasn’t been happening. I left a bad review because the hours online said that they were open on Saturday and they weren’t but the owner went out of his way to reach out to me and explain the situation and I really appreciate that.

this is my favourite UPS store. the manger is fantastic. service is great. walking distance from my home. perfect for me and my brother university studies, he prints pdfs and binds them for us. clean location. you wont be disappointed. great for shipping and mailing out packages. this store is a blessing to me and my family, keep up the good work!

Hardeep and his hardworking team were absolutely fantastic today. Can't thank them enough! My mum and I came into his store with boxes and boxes of items to ship for Christmas. To at least 7 different addresses. Hardeep and his team were so helpful in getting things boxed up and organized. We were in the store for at least 2 hours, and he and his team were incredibly patient the entire time, even while we took over his counter space to write out all the Christmas cards. So thank you very much! We will definitely be back, and 5 stars all around, will definitely recommend.

Service is always great at this location, and staff is very friendly! Have had bad experiences with drivers not delivering to my home and choose ship to store when I can as it is a much better experience and no lost packages!
