My wife and I are first time home buyer with very little knowledge about houses or properties. We went with Del for our home inspection, and we couldn’t have been happier. He is professional, knowledgeable and flexible. He inspected an old house (over 100 years old) for us. He took extra time in his inspection to make sure he was able to give us as much information as possible. After the inspection was done we had a received a beautiful, extensive, report, complete with pictures and descriptions of work that needed to be done.
