Went here for a custom engagement ring about a year ago and it was an amazing experience. Staff was very helpful and the process was relatively easy. I was never pushed to spend more money or felt uncomfortable, my budget was the budget and not questioned; which was something i was nervous about prior. I will be going back for wedding bands without a doubt. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful as well.

I bought my wedding band online from here and it was in my possession within 2 days! The ring is beautiful and it fits perfectly. I am a size 5 and they have lots of rings in my size which was so nice to see. Definitely recommend!

They were both so attentive to the design I was after and wanted to be sure to get it just Right… and they did! Samara Elkadri waited on me and I was very pleased with the service she provided. She showed a genuine interest in that my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. She even seemed appreciative that I was looking at the traditional gift of gold to mark the occasion. I told her my price limit and she also asked details of the type and style of jewellery my wife liked. She only showed me items related to that information and did not try to force me into taking any specific piece. Once I made my purchase she gift wrapped it. I was very impressed with Samara. I was helped by Emma. I needed a simple repair on a silver bracelet. They fixed it and polished it up at no charge. Great service. I have had other custom jewelry made out of pieces I was not wearing and they did a fantastic job. I wear them everyday now.
