I'm rating my Root Canal and filling as 5 stars. That's probably all I need to say about the amazing staff :)

Absolutely amazing staff. So accommodating and professional!! Had an emergency and i was in the chair within the hour. I look forward to future visits and I never thought I would say that about a dentist!

They are fantastic. I usually gag and have a horrible experience. Even though this was a long procedure I made it through without any major issues

I feel that the quality of care is not what it used to be. A few years ago I had Colleen as the dental hygienist and she was wonderful. She saw you in and completed the entire cleaning herself. Now I have a young woman put in a bib, ask about the tv station, where to put your purse and then disappears until it’s time to polish your teeth in about 5 minutes. Paul does the scaling and then he’s gone. During the half hour that I was sitting waiting on Paul and during my scaling the young woman and another woman discussed the decorating of her new home. What is their role? Seems to me the clinic could do well without such unprofessional help.I will be seriously looking for another dental clinic.

The receptionist got me in very quickly for an emergency appt, the hygienist was very nice, and the Dentist was very nice & was thorough in his explanation to me of what my options were. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist, I would say just with the exam, no actual work done, my anxiety was a 4 out of 10.

My husband had a wisdom tooth pulled. He reports that Dr. Zhe and his assistant were very professional and that the procedure went as well as could possibly be expected. Painless and no complications. Thanks to the entire Valley Fair Dental team.

I am a nervous dental patient so I do so appreciate the patience & time taken to assure that I am comfortable & doing all right. This has been shown to me by everyone.Sharon Rittenhouse
