I purchased bacon from this butcher. The 'presentation' bacon in the front display was beautiful, but the butcher chose my bacon from the 'back of the pile'. It was mostly fat. Quite disgusting. And very dishonest business practice.So many honest vendors at Atwater...this is NOT one.
