The most untrained/unprofessional people i have ever dealt with.A lady answered the phone as it was her personal phone and she was super rude/unprofessional, when i asked about a visa requirements her response was “how is this my problem” like i am sorry what? Why are you hired in the first place if you don’t want to help your own people.Honestly it must be joke

This is the worst embassy of Jordan and a disgrace to the human race. The embassy should retrain their staff on respect and customer service. Everyone I spoke to was yelling, rude and acted like the embassy was their own. Start closing your mouths and opening your ears to hear the concerns of your citizens. You are not in a jungle nor are you animals, you are human just like we are and your DUTY is to service the public.Omar Al-Atoum the person that claims he is Naeb al Safir is EXTREMELY rude and should be removed from his position immediately. He did not let us speak whatsoever and kept raising his voice at us on the phone. He kept fixating on issues that weren’t why we had called in the first place. He hung up the phone in our face and threatened to kick us out of our country (Canada) by “sending in our names” to the government. Is this service? He is barbaric and he needs to leave his position and work elsewhere that doesn’t require you to have akhlaaq or work with people with respect.We spent half an hour trying to speak to someone about our issues and no one helped, they kept blaming us for being upset that literally no one was helping us. They have the most stubborn and unprofessional workers. After all this time, still our issues haven’t been resolved because of the stuck-up, entitled, arrogant and selfish mentalities that service the Canadian-Jordanian community.

The employee has no work ethics. Employee at Ext. 5483 spoke in a quirky way, I told her she needs a customer service course and better work ethics. She hung up on me. Right away someone called defending her and when complaint I was told my complaint will not be accepted. Instead of acknowledging that she first spoke in a quirky way to me. All came for her defence. My fault I suggested a customer service course and better work ethics.I used to deal first with someone her name is Ruthina great work ethics.

They are never answered the phone and when you leave a message they are never called back. Very bad services.

My three experiences with the embassy were awful and depressing. My advice is that either the full staff take a customer service course starting with the lady who thinks she owns the embassy or replace the whole staff as I feel this is the only way for Jordanians in Canada to get a better service and at least be treated with respect. It is unfortunate to see people working five hours per day not able to provide a basic service to its citizens abroad. I would like to thank the person who mocked me by saying “Hehehe you are asking for a supervisor?” when I asked one of his employees for a supervisor. I hope to receive a survey or if there is a complaint page to share more details regarding those interactions to submit an official complaint.

Lovely ladies working the front desk, was greeted delightfully and very professional. Madam Sareen was very efficient and knowledgeable and guided us through the process. Sawsaan was beyond expectational, amazing service when coming to the embassy. Keep up the amazing work !

IM DISAPPOINTED.Honestly, if I could give a no star I would.They’re extremely rude and disrespectful, they ask unnecessary questions, and get into peoples business. I have never left a bad review in my life or even judged any place just like that. When I tell you that the staff know ZERO about providing good customer service I really mean it. The lady that answers the phone is absolutely ridiculous, and just wants to be done when speaking on the phone. And I’m not the first person that has experienced this poor customer service. They’re extremely nosy. If I knew who their employer is I would really advise he/she to really reconsider hiring the staff. I get that we all have bad days, but COME ON.I will not be coming back to the embassy or even recommend it to anyone that’s looking for one.Good customer service is only provided to Jordanians if I’m being honest. Even in my visit to Jordan the Canadian embassy was the same. They were rude, they told me to go to a Syrian embassy. I’m sure they can read, because my passport says I’m a Canadian citizen. Why do I need to go to a Syrian embassy? I went there expecting someone who spoke English , and was told to speak Arabic not English.So I wasn’t surprised when I was mistreated here as well.I see a lot of people saying “proud to be Jordanian” I’m guessing it’s only Syrian/Canadians that get mistreated. First of all , who do you think you are? Because you’re not better than any of us.HIRE NON ARABS TOO, NOT JUST ARABS.
