Service was excellent! Erwin was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to get my tub up and running in no time. He answered all of my many questions and explained everything from cleaning and startup to regular maintenance and water quality checking. He had everything he needed right on-site to get the tub in working order. I would definitely book another repair or service with Horvath Hot Tubs. Thanks again for walking me though the entire process, as a new tub owner, I greatly appreciated it.

Erwin provides a very professional and conscientious service. He comes my home on time. Listen patiently and meticulously to my description of my situation and requirements （BTW, my English is not very good). Then he checked the unit, replaced bad parts, restored power, and started HotTube. Looking at the hot tub that resumed work, my heart is also hot. very happy. Thanks Erwin, you did job perfectly.

Called Horvath hot tubs, left a detailed message. Erwin called me back almost right away. He came the next day and diagnosed my hot tubs problem and fixed in about an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend or call him again.
