Walmart Photo Centre

Went in last month to get passport photos taken. The 2 girls behind the counter was so busy talking to one another, they didn't acknowledge me. I stood there waiting for one of them to at least look at me....nothing. So I left and went to Duncan & Wright instead on Fairview. They were very helpful.

I tried to call this store letting my phone literally ring for 10 minutes for customer service as well as three other departments and no one answered. That’s disgusting. Walmart has the worst customer service I’ve any store I’ve ever been in.

Ordered a canvas and it was ready and beautifully done in less than 1 day. Great service

Horrible customer service at the Walmart photo center. I ordered online and went to pick up 2 items from the photo center. The women at the counter blatantly told me that the items are not there and asked me to go to the customer service instead of searching for the items. When I told her that the items must be ready for pick up as i got the email notification, she was miraculously able to locate 1 item right there and kept on arguing that the other item was not there and called me rude. I asked to see the manager right away as i had no appetite to argue with her as she obviously was too lazy to move her butt to look for the item that i had already paid for. Interesting enough as soon as the manager came he was able to locate the 2nd item right away. Go figure! I would given negative star if i could.

Not a good experience. Ordered one EXPRESS card print for mothers day, to be ready next dayReceived email next day with status : Delayed. Did not get any other emails after that. Called Walmart photo centre after few days. Lady answers - hello..? (this is not how you answer business call - tell me you are from Walmart photo centre or something so I know).. She told me my card could not be printed......... Oh..? And when were they were planning to tell me that? She didn't know what and why.. Told me to call the number on my email I've received with confirmation that it's ready.. I didn't get confirmation that is ready. No any communication. She adviced - well, I can give you number to call to get refund. At that point I thank her and finished the call. I was late sending that card to my mom anyways, did not want to deal with it.. But knew I will file a complain about the service at some point..

Terrible, who closes at 5 p.m. on a week day?I showed up shortly after 5 and the lady wouldn't open the door for me.I wish I could use another store.Poor Poor Poor service..... ;(

Awful customer service online & storewaste of time

Placed an order for two photo books, received email saying they were ready for pickup, went to store but they were so disorganized they couldn't find the order. I called customer service and after 35 minutes on the line I am no closer to receiving the books I have paid for !! Plus the time I wasted going to the store in the first place to pick up the order. Horrible customer service, disorganized store!

Worst customer service and extremely rude staff. We were trying to prints pics at the self service photo Center. Ali who was the staff on duty just came and shut it and walked away saying he has no time to cash us out. This was much before the closing time mentioned on Google. He walked away without even responding to the questions we were asking. If you close sooner, please update the time on Google.
