IRIS BLU

My last activation for them was two months ago and I still haven't received my pay. Plus, they don't even answer my emails, which I think is very unprofessional. Based on their policy, they pay brand ambassadors every 3 to 5 weeks. I contacted them by phone and email many times, but they never replied. Plus they charge you 0.50$ every pay.

Iris Blu's events tend to be very organized and the clients are well aware of our presence as BAs and TLs. Communication between the client and Iris Blu is some of the best I have seen in the industry after having worked for several different marketing and promotional agencies over the past couple of years. Event pay is competitive for the industry. Iris Blu management is appreciative of staff who are on time and work hard. If you are traveling for an activation‚ ensure that you check ahead of time with your booking agent / manager to see if your mileage can be partially compensated.

Iris Blu is a great opportunity for young people to break out of their shell and experience working in a team environment, learning about new companies, and refining their promotional skills. Working with Jess, one of the account managers is always a pleasure. Easy to get questions answered and she is always so positive and supportive. Iris Blu allows individuals to take charge, and gain quality experience in becoming a brand leader!! Great job IB team! :) Working with you is always a pleasure.

Iris Blu is an amazing company to work for. I've done a few programs with them and programs with other companies as well. By far Iris Blu has done the most impeccable job in representing its clients. They train BA's very well and give us the tools we need to succeed and make our activation highly successful. Jessica is an amazing leader and shows a high regard for her employees. She takes care of us by rewarding us substantially for our hard work. I've worked for over 7 different Marketing companies and I can honestly say I've had the best experience with Iris Blu. They should definitely be at the top of the list when finding a company for your marketing needs!

Hired by Iris Blu as a Co-Manager for the Sabra 2015 West Coast & East Coast Tour, I was working closely with this staffing agency on a weekly, not to say day to day basis.Jessica Crone was the one in charge of this campain and I have nothing but good things to say about her work. She was amazingly fast responding and accommodating the Client needs (last minute requests). She always remained professional and never lost her patience on the staff. Sometimes client's requests can be almost impossible to realize but Jess always magically made it happen.Also, Iris Blu is an agency with a good work ethic and they respect their staff - they care about them as they are humain and not any sort of robot. Iris blu is very disrespectful, they have been owing pay for over a month and also no one picks up or even responds , this is our time and effort and some of us have families to feed. I have been trying to reach for over 5 weeks now

I've been working for Iris Blu for the last three years. The girls there are super easy to deal with and ensure their staff have everything they need for successful events.

My experience working for/with IrisBlu has been amazing. Everything's organized and they're always on top of everything. The staff that I've worked with on the field has been great and very professional to work with.

They take forever to pay.plus instead of paying 4 days together they split it and charge you .50$ per transaction.If you dont need money go work for them. Perfect way to go.
