Highly recommend this clinic. After getting procedures done at this clinic for the third time I felt I needed to write a review. The staff and Dr. were very kind and caring. I felt listened to and well informed. When doing the the laser procedure on my varicose vein EVLT, each step was explained to me as it was occurring. This approach was both calming, reassuring and very much appreciated! Later, I had both Botox and filler done on my face, I was a little apprehensive but really interested in trying... through consultation with the Dr. I was very pleased with the results and it all looked very natural. In my most recent visit I felt confident in the staff and the procedures. I plan to return again soon and try some of their other services.

I have tried Botox twice in my life.The first experience, months ago, was at a different clinic… it wasn’t great. Not one to mince words, I was very clear about wanting to start with as little as possible and get more eventually when I need it. I take good care of my skin and I’m still relatively young. I felt very unheard and pressured to get more but they insisted they gave me the minimum for “my needs”. I got needles all along my brow line and was so frozen and heavy that I actually felt tired for a couple of weeks. It cost $250 (that was with a first visit discount). Not to mention I was there for over an hour between consultation, a long stint in the waiting room, then the *5 minute* actual procedure. Since I was new I accepted this as normal. Maybe it was an off day, they were all very nice people, but I can’t get over the time/money/comfort side of it.I mentioned it to my friend and she suggested I try Kamloops Skin Solutions… I am SO HAPPY I decided to and had the BEST experience.First time there, I felt heard. They have a conservative approach which I appreciate. I would be happy to go back for more if needed-but I didn’t. I was in and out within 20 min after a consultation, zero waiting room time for my scheduled appointment, and the procedure. I was budgeting for over $200 and it was SIXTY. $60!! That pleasant surprise, in December no less, had me grinning the rest of the day. I went shopping to make up the difference. That pesky frown line is just as smooth as it was the first time with a fraction of the price, needles, and time. I don’t like change. I almost went back to the previous place because I really didn’t want to be bothered with filling out new forms, having a new consultation etc but I am so glad I did, I can’t help think that if I didn’t, I would have been out lots of money and never known there could be a different option.Friendly staff and chill atmosphere was a super bonus.THANK YOU for the amazing experience. I appreciate you guys and I can not wait to come back!!

Such a great experience every time! Dr Leia Stephen and her staff are very very professional and knowledgeable and take every measure to ensure a pleasant and most comfortable procedure. I have been coming here for many years for thermage and fraxel treatments as well as vein treatments and have had most excellent results and great value every time. I was referred to this doctor to remove a cyst. It was easy to book in to see her, and they gave me a time right away. The whole process took less than 3 weeks, and I am happy with the results. She was professional, and her staff were nice.

I am very happy with Kamloops Skin Solutions team. The were very efficient every step of the way. From dealing with the front staff and Dr. Leia-Stephens. I have used them for my veins and for different skin procedures. I highly recommend Kamloops Skin Solutions.

Very disappointed. The girls in the office do not return phone calls or emails. They told me i might have to pay for my procedure, then never got back to me if i had to pay or not. If i could go to someone else, i would. Dr. Leia-Stephens was awesome, she needs to improve her office staff!!!I had a procedure done, it didn't work, my leg is still as painful as it was when i went in. They don't seem to care that i can barely walk. It still has pressure, my leg is all buised and it doesn't go away. it is very painful!!! no one will help me!!!I just went in today to see my results, and Leia-Stephens keep harping on not being able to get ahold of me. I told her when i first went to see her, i work out of town, she just kept harping on it, and wouldn't let it go. I am not going to apologize for working out of town. I waited 2 weeks for them to call, which they didn't and then i had to go out of town. Funny how this time they try to get ahold of me, but they don't return calls when you phone in. So, i walked out and i will go see another specialist. She said ok, and good bye, i was like, ya, bye!!I do not recommend her, be aware, she harps on things and does not let them go!!!! She doesn't care about helping you or fixing you.There are lots of other specialists here, go see them!!! Unlike her, they care!!!She was like, i read what you posted online, i was like, yes, she didn't like that i told the truth. Then she should change her attitude, and care about people and helping people, kamloops is a small place, and word of mouth gets around.i am getting a second opinion about the procedure she did on me. All my friends and family are saying she screwed up my leg. If that is the case, i will have to take action against her.I am scared she screwed up my leg. She killed my artificial veins, and put foam in my leg and that was not the problem, so she shouldn't have done that!!! I don't feel that she knows what she is doing. She was too busy, really didn't listen to me or my problems, and today she finally asked me questions, almost a year after she did the procedure. I am very disappointed in her and her abilities. She didn't know what was wrong with me. I am looking at my options. I am really scared she really screwed up my leg.I feel that she thinks she is better than us little people. Today she talked condescending towards me, like she was annoyed and didn't want to deal with me. She is not better than me or anyone. All she kept harping on was her reputation and me posting on here.I just want people to know how she treats people. That she does procedures that people don't even need just to get her money. I am very disappointed......Do not trust her!!!
