I have never been able to trust anyone before meeting Psychologist Irina Tarasenco. I lived in constant fear of being hurt and abandoned by everyone around me, so in fact I pushed everyone away. No one has ever shown me the level of understanding and patience that Irina has. Any normal psychologist would have given up on me, but Irina is anything but normal. She, and her whole practice at Tarasenco Psychologist, go so above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in my treatment. I never doubt that my unique and sensitive needs will be met in the most customized, private, concierge way imaginable. I was not sure I could ever really change my life, but Irina Tarasenco has shown me how to. Before going to her, I never had hope that I could have any sort of healthy or meaningful life. I was just floating through life, with no goals and no plan, pretty much just waiting to die. It was an extraordinarily empty and lonely life. All I knew was taking and destroying, but Irina Tarasenco is teaching me how to give and to earn things of actual value. She teaches me so much, like how to be in a healthy relationship and how to be a functional adult. I got by before, but I was not really living. Irina Tarasenco has given me a second chance and the opportunity for a new beginning. She always knows what I need, which is extremely complicated, but she never misses anything, or leaves anything unaccounted for. No one has ever held me accountable like Irina Tarasenco does, which means I am used to being able to get away with so much negative and destructive behaviour that really is not acceptable. I never used to even think about what I was doing or why, I just did whatever I felt like whenever I felt like it and tried to avoid the consequences afterwards. I lived like a complete child, and Irina Tarasenco is teaching me how to grow up and be personally responsible. There are so many basic, fundamental parts of daily life I was never taught or just never bothered to learn. I honestly cannot think of another person who would show me the patience, persistence, care, and compassion through all this that Irina Tarasenco has. She has not given up on me even as I continue to stumble and falter at even the most basic things, she is always there to pick me back up again. I have never had any have my back or protect me like this before. She truly is remarkable and I am so honoured and fortunate to be under her care. Irina Tarasenco would have been successful in any field, and the world is a better place because she chose to become a clinical psychologist and help people like me recover and heal.
