Brake caliper seized up so I went to Paul’s hoping that someone would be there to help (on a Saturday). One of the workers was there working but answered the door anyway and gave me some helpful pointers on where I might be able to get this fixed on a Saturday. He didn’t have to help, but he did, and I’m very appreciative. Thank you!

We were new to the area and had Paul's Auto commended to us after a serious breakdown. We had the car towed to the shop which is conveniently located near the QEW. The shop staff were very helpful and clear on the phone and the work was done in a day. The shop rate was very reasonable and the mechanic also gave me options with respect to using refurbished parts or used parts to save money.If you need a mechanic, I'd definitely recommend Paul's.

I find getting car maintenance to be very intimidating as I know nothing about cars. But I had to get it done and I am so glad I picked to have it done at Pauls. The service was quick and thorough, with their service writer Sandra checking in with me along the way. From the quality of work to the customer service to the prices, this place is 1000/10.

We brought my sons car in for an estimate on repairs, for a week. We received the estimate and proceeded with the work. Unfortunately the final bill was several times more that the estimate. We discussed this with the owners son, and he said it was unfortunate but that's the way it happens sometimes in business.
