We bought our whole kitchen from Miller Maytag over the years. Each and everything we have gotten we couldn't be happier. A + sales and service!

Better than great service. They did not have the microwave I wanted in stock. They would have to order it, 13 day wait. They do price match with the two big box stores in the area, that carry the same microwave. I went to the two other stores. One had a 66 day wait on their order and the other one could not get an order date.Went back to Miller Maytag and order and paid for the microwave I wanted. They are also going to install it once in comes in, it an over the oven microwave, only $85. That's about $30 cheaper than the big box stores.But the icing on the cake is that they gave me a loaner until my new one comes in.The reason I need a new microwave is that my one and a half year old Kenmore keeps blowing the circuit breaker. Not good.

During the pandemic and stay at home orders from the governor our range died. We needed a new range and this store came through for us! We did everything, including the purchase, over the phone and online! They were one of the few stores open and available and the customer service was outstanding!

The staff is always great. Went out of there way to help find a discontinued part for and old Kirby vaccum. Thank you

I bought a front load Maytag washer and dryer from this company years ago. Sorry I ever did. The main problem with the washer, there are many, is washing a delicate blanket. The wash machine cannot dry the blanket, the spin and drain cycle does nothing, the blanket comes out of the wash completely soaked. The machine becomes off balance I guess and the machine just sits there wasting electricity and doing nothing. The machine won't even shut off. It is like washing clothes in the river. After wringing the blanket out by hand 6 times I have thrown the blanket into the dryer, almost completely soaked.The softer cycle does nothing, there is no pre soak, my towels come out of the wash machine like cardboard, softener, vinegar, nothing softens in this machine, only dryer strips can soften the towels somewhat, I will post this review of Maytag on your and the Maytag web site. Would not recommend or purchase Maytag front load washer or dryer again. I paid a lot of extra money for a product that I wish I had never bought. I would not even give this product one star, it is garbage in my experience.

Great place to buy Appliances! Very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and prices are comparable to other stores. He gave us a discount buying multiple Appliances at once.

Got a freezer from them that ended up to be broken. Wanted them to fix it. After two months of screwing around they told us it would be another six months before they could replace it. They did come to our house to try fix what they could. After 6 months we finally got what we ordered. It was a big headache getting what we ordered, however much of this may be due to the pandemic.
