I have been coming here for years. There is no reception so it's up to the people who load the trucks to come to the door (since COVID we can't wait inside even now that all the mandates have lifted). I have waited, on several occasions, more than 10mins outside until someone came to the door (not fun in February or in the rain). But they are the only ones in the region so we have no choice but to use them. It's not the workers' fault, they are doing their best, it's bad management trying to save a buck. Hire a receptionist!!

La pire compagnie de livraison j'étais sanser recevoir le 14 février toujours rien reçu on appelle il savent pas quand ça va arriver. Il on envoyé mon colis sure le mauvais convoyeur... deux jour de suite et toujours en attente une vrai compagnie pourrie !

They refused to deliver to my house. I had to find a second address to have my package delivered to. Very inconvenient. Very unprofessional.

Mauvaise expérience je fais une suggestion à mon vendeur d'annuler la livraison ou ma commande. Pas capable de savoir quand je vais recevoir mon colis. Reçu quelques jours après la date prévue. En trois étapes une m'aurait été logique. Arrivé en bonne condition.

Mon colis est arrivé à la journée prévue. De plus, le livreur m'appelle avant de venir me le porter pour s'assurer que je vais pouvoir le récupérer.

We had a terrible experience with Canpar. A package was meant to be delivered to my husband that was a birthday gift with food items. Canpar said the package had been delivered and signed for, even though we never received the package. We have a camera at our front door so we know that no package was delivered. It took HOURS to get someone on the phone to even try to resolve the issue. They said IF it was delivered to the wrong address they would pick up and deliver the package to us - even though these are food/perishable items. No apologies for the poor service and extremely limited/non-existent customer support. As of now it is 3 days later and we still don't have the package. I would never use them again or recommend them again. We mentioned this to our neighbors and both neighbors on either side of us said they had similar poor experiences with packages never arriving. I am unable to choose no stars so had to select one star, but really it should be 0 stars.

Gros zéro sur tout, service à la clientèle pas capable de retrouver mon tracking. Je demande son superviseur , il me m'est en attente et ça raccroche. Le seul point positif fut l'employe de sherbrooke. Prenez donc UPS ou PUROLATOR !!!
