I would highly recommend this place to anybody living in the area., or have a cabin in the area., the service was fantastic and their knowledge of their products as well! We had carpet installed in our cabin by Rafael and his staff and they did an awesome job and were very respectful and professional! Very satisfied!!!

We had an excellent experience at Carpet City in Holmen. Bruce Lamprech helped us find the best carpet to fit our needs for our den and recommended the best carpet pad (we have dogs...). He also helped us find just the right vinyl flooring for our bathroom. The price fit right into our budget. The installing was done by Jason and was done with great quality and precision.

Worked with Mike at Holmen location. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped guide me through selections to find the right products for my home. Installation crew led by Jose was absolutely amazing. They installed luxury vinyl planks over a large area in the basement and carpet on the stairs quickly and without any damage to the house (including freshly painted walls). I have already recommended Carpet City to others and they have also been very satisfied with sales and installation. Highly recommended and I will use them again for any future flooring needs.

I had a lot of help with pricing and finding quality carpet. We looked at remnants and compared it to the new carpet. The salesman was very patient and helped me price out the difference. I ended up with what I wanted off the roll and it wasn't that much more expensive. The installer did a great job and was clean.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Carpet City in Holmen. The showroom was large enough to show fully laid out samples of the flooring I chose. Joe, my salesman, was extremely helpful. His past experience as a realtor was helpful to me in bouncing off ideas. The crew (Jose and Jose) which installed my LVP flooring were professional and did a great job. I would definitely use Carpet City again.

We had Carpet City install carpeting last fall. We priced several local flooring stores and Carpet City came in with the lowest estimate...mainly because they measured correctly and ordered the right amount of carpeting with very little leftover. Several other stores came out and measured also, but completely over estimated the amount of carpeting needed. We worked with Patrick and he was great. The selection, quality and price available is unbeatable and we plan to purchase again from them in the near future.

I bought a house in June of 2015. The carpet and flooring needed to be replaced. I heard go things about Carpet City, so I went there to see what they had for carpet and vinyl tile. I was somewhat hesitant to have a salesperson help me because they are always so pushy. I was surprise how friendly they were at carpet city. They greeted me when I walked in and asked if I would like some help or just look around. A big relief. I looked around and then had some questions. The staff was great about getting me the information I needed and samples, no pressure. I didn't feel like I had to buy something that day and I didn't, but I returned and bought all my flooring for my new house from Carpet City. The products I bought were MADE in the USA and that was important to me. I couldn't find any knowledgeable staff at the box stores and it was hard to compare the level of customer service I received with Carpet City. Now the installment... Carpet City recommended an installer and help me schedule a time to install the flooring. The installer did a GREAT job and did it in a timely matter. My house looks beautiful.I feel I received a good value and a quality product from Carpet City. I think they have Great customer service and I feel they helped me find the right flooring for my needs. I would recommend them and have on many occasions.If your in the market for flooring I would check them out. Thanks Carpet City!

We have floods of people visit our home on a weekly basis. I had no idea what I was looking for, and Pat was very informed and helpful. He was also not pushy, giving me all the time I needed to walk around and look at the warehouse FULL of a variety of carpets. His quote was very accurate, and we ended up actually in under his original price.Their pricing was also very comparable to other carpet places in the area. ADDITIONALLY, they provided a trailer to dispose of our old carpet, helping us save money at the city dump.Jason was the installer. He was professional, pleasant, and punctual.
