I have seen 3 different practitioners at this clinic and they were absolutely wonderful. Nicole Sadek and Caroline Baker run an excellent business and give wonderful massages. Their professionalism is and always has been outstanding.

I use to love this company until recently with a situation my husband and I experienced. We had a regular RMT Nicole Sadek which provides fantastic massages but the lack of professionalism in our recent experience is why we will never return.I understand that companies that are self employed have their business in their livelihood but for customers, life also happens.My husband had to cancel outside of the 24 hour window Short notice due to unfortunate circumstances out of his control. He was still billed for the full service as was our insurance to lower the amount he would pay out of pocket without receiving the service. Additionally, there were assumptions made based on why he cancelled and instead of there being understanding and empathy we received very unprofessional responses such as I sent a receipt to Sean thinking you guys would be paying the $80 of the $175 treatment .Delete the receipt I emailed you guys then you're obviously not paying me".This was the response I got after trying to clarify the reason for being billed for the full visit considering the circumstances.I responded asking her to handle this same sort of situation differently in the future as a lot of assumptions were made in the beggingWe are honest people and both feel we were treated like we were trying to mess around someone's time for their services.Furthermore

CN is an extremely professional and well run business. I regularly see Nicole Sadek for massage and have had acupuncture also. I would recommend them to everyone. Wish I could come everyday.

I see Gillian here and she is absolutely amazing! She knows her stuff and has greatly helped me! On top of that she is incredibly kind and thoughtful! Highly recommend her!

All of the ladies I’ve seen have been flawless! So kind and so good at their job! Very grateful for their professionalism and their skill! The building is small but the experience is grand. I’ve been for massages and acupuncture, would recommend it all and this place to anyone!
