Waited a week for an appointment to have my senior dog groomed, it was our first time there. Our regular groomer is fantastic but wanted to try somewhere closer to home. Once we arrived, they told me they couldn't groom him because of his old age and that he has never been there before? Told me he needed to be cautiously groomed in a vet setting to see how he does, even though he's been getting regular grooming since I rescued him 12 years ago?My issue isn't with Classy Clips being cautious, its the complete disrespect of my time. If this is your policy, some good questions to ask a new customer when calling to book an appointment would be:Has your pet been to Classy Clips before?""How old is your pet?'What a colossal waste of time. First time taking one of our dogs for a nail trim. Excellent service and friendly staff.

I took my golden retriever when she was about 16 weeks. She came out clean ( as a first dog owner, not sure what she was supposed to be groomed like) but she got sick. She had diarrhea for a week. I assumed my puppy could get sick from first time being other place or being around with other dogs. The second time, my husband took her ( 7 months old) while I was away, and he felt they were dragging out dog as she did not want to leave him. He was not informed about the price jump until he picked her up and he did not feel he got what he paid for. Nails were still long and hair around nails were still long. We have decided not to go back. Their website looks amazing but my personal expertise was not as good as others. I am for sure they do a good job. It is just my experience. Make your own decision.

Friendly folks running a small business. I have a Westie terrier which is a breed notoriously hard to keep still to groom. They did a great job. Fair prices. The 5th star is the fact that these folks know dogs and are clearly patient and gentle. When you drop off your dog for a groom you have no clue what happens behind closed doors and the dog can’t tell you. My dog had 3 grooms at Classy Clips over the last 18 months and not only is he not afraid of grooming he even lets me take scissors close to his face and ears for a little trim at home as seen in photo. I did no additional training myself to aid his grooming tolerance. That’s very telling; he obviously had only an excellent experience with the grooming process and the staff. I trust my guy to these folks absolutely.

The only groomer I would ever takes my precious pups to. My two temperamental Shih Tzus love it here. I can always count on wonderful friendly service, loving care for my pups and the most adorable hair cuts. I'm so grateful to have found them. I’ve been taking my pug here for years, always an excellent job from them. Nails, deshedding, cleaning his wrinkles and ears, you name it. Friendly staff that treat both the adults and the doggos professionally! Will always bring my dogs here.

I took my dog to be groomed many times here. Yesterday I took him to getbhis nails trimmed very good place to go. Staff are excellent very nice clean place to go
