Started out by hiring Tara for our website design. We had many discussions about different advertising we used. After 3 months she took over our marketing as well. Dear Tara,IT really sucks to have to write a bad review. I wish our experience was different.It all started out great, you sounded nice, sounded talented.After not receiving any responses through our Facebook messenger chat for over two months now. It is very clear as though you have just abandoned your position. Your admin fee.. if you can reimburse it would be great. I won't post it here just to save you from not being able to sell your services in the future.After a two month sprint ( 1 month of delayed responses and timing ). Trying to identify if the Facebook ads were going to produce leads based on a budget criteria that you set, it was not my decision, it was all yours. The leads that came in were all bogus, your response was that you would make adjustments. The adjustments never happened.Phone numbers were not connectingEmails were bogus and bounced back.We paid advert for leads with bogus numbers.plus the admin fee = 0 results.Truly after being very patient it is now May with no responses to our initial start up and or postings to you since March.Your job was basic, to manage lead flow, budget and manage the face book ads manager. Identify our problem and help solve it.I can agree with the attitude on the other posts. It certainly seems that if it is not your favor you couldn't really care much about the other person on the other line. We run a business. We are happy to invest in results. 5k 10k 15K 20K etc. This was a test to identify if you know your sh__T and take control and show results that you testified why you were better than the other guys.I believe that test failed. I am not sure who else is successful with your program. But, it certainly failed over here from both communication, follow up and just plain giving a damn.Help this review helps you reflect on how to help your customers and if they reach out to you to resolve their concerns promptly.
