I order quesadillas. The lady don’t know how to make proper quesadillas. Cheese doesn’t melt. When i hold quesadillas piece in my hand all stuffing fall down. I wested my money. They are not making food proper method. They need to train there staff how to make proper food.

Have had nothing but terrible experiences at this location. The customer service is truly lacking as well as the training and cleanliness of this spot. Both times I have gotten burritos they were squished and falling apart once I tried to open it. Also the man helping me took my cash and proceeded to make other orders wearing the same gloves and I had to ask him to change gloves before touching my food, super gross. Not only that I ordered the extreme fries and asked to add salsa and he refused even upon offering to pay for it he said no we don’t modify it. Super small portion sizes and lack of cleanliness and friendliness.

I will highly recommend this place. The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Good music, clean place. The food was amazing. I ordered a bowl and a barrito and it was loaded with flavors. There sauces are extremely good. Definitely visiting again. My new go too place.

Today me and my friend was at this place. We were ordering the veggie burrito. So requested to change the gloves to male employee working there. He was so rude to me. So I explained him that we are vegetarian. Later on he was talking to us in the rude manner throughout the time. When we said dine-in at that time he said that they are closing early and we have 20 min to finish our food. On google it showed that they were closing at 9pm and we visited at 8pm. Not recommending this place if you wanted to get the better customer Service after a stressful day.

Came here on May 5th for their deals and was disappointed with the way they make the burritos. VERY stingy on the toppings. They are almost exclusively rice, beans, and the protein. I asked for corn and the guy actually picks up 5 kernels and puts them on and asks what else. What else? What else is corn! Same with the tomatoes and one tiny strip of sauce. I get it if the tortilla is small and you can't put a lot in there but when it's just training like at Subway that thinks being stingy is going to be the way to save money...nope not going to put up with it ever. And I hate having to ask people to put more and more and more for every single item just because corporate is trying to save a penny. And it wasn't just mine, the other guy making them for the next people also did the same thing. Aside from the lack of value, the flavours weren't good either. Much better off going to MuchoBurrito, better toppings, flavour and value.

Let me preface this review by stating that I am a regular customer that comes here about once a week. As a vegan I get the regular bean burrito. Normally, the portion sizes are fair for the price ($10.61 with tax) and reflective of size chart they have in the store. Two scoops of rice, two scoops of beans, and the rest. Tonight I constantly had to ask the young employee for more toppings. 1.5 scoops of rice, 1.5 scoops of beans, and VERY light on the toppings. Especially lettuce. C'mon, how much is lettuce? In the end it resembled a slightly larger than small burrito (see photo attached). I don't know if this is an anomaly, or a new direction from management, but don't be so frugal. Give people what they ask for, or take down that size chart in the store as that is misleading customers. I will give it one more shot at this location as I am a regular, but will definitely try the other locations if a similar occurrence happens again. This is a good practice to lose your regular customers.

My husband and I had BarBurrito catered for our wedding last week. From beginning to end, Dawn and her team made sure everything went smoothly. They walked us through all of our options and (very patiently) explained each and every step of the process. At first, we were slightly worried about putting our trust in a “non-traditional” wedding caterer; however, the BarBurrito team REALLY came through. They put in a ton of work to ensure everything was ready for us and took the time to tell us how to keep/prepare the food for our guests. Dawn and her team are extremely professional, very polite, timely, and personable people. We would be happy to have them cater any of our future events. I would highly recommend them to anyone. (And no, we were not put up to this, they’re just really wonderful humans).Thanks again SO MUCH for all your help. You guys really made our dream come true for what we envisioned and it went over so well with everyone. Your food was DELICIOUS :) We will be back to grab a burrito or two once we’re back from our honeymoon!

I ordered 2 quesadillas both were amazing. I had an incredible dining experience with amazing food, sufficient portions, and fantastic quality. The melted-to-perfection cheese and crispy tortilla were highlights, along with the flavorful salsa. The staff was patient and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere with great music. Looking forward to ordering again and savoring the delightful culinary delights this restaurant has to offer.
